This site was good to me overall. Verification was a lot but they have lots of good games, bonuses, and always paid me.

This site is a complete scam. They will never let you redeem your money. I successfully completed all their verification steps—jumped through every hoop they asked for—and they are still holding my funds hostage.

It feels like they are deliberately forcing me to lose my money. Every time I try to redeem, they just keep telling me to "wait." There is always a new excuse or delay. It is an endless loop designed to frustrate you until you give up.

What makes this even more suspicious is that they don’t even use a legitimate third-party verification processor. I am convinced they are just stealing our personal information and ID documents while keeping the money.

Do not fall for it. If you have money in there, consider it gone. They are textbook scammers. Stay away

So there's some good to be said about this site: my experience verifying, purchasing, and redeeming all went very smoothly. They have a decent variety of slots and tables games. The mini games are interesting and unique. Thats about where the positives end.

On the negative front: sometimes theyll cap your winnings. Say you hit for 300 theyll decide 100 is all they want to credit to your account. Their VIP system is a complete joke. They clearly lay out the benefits of each tier, but when you reach them the perks are nowhere to be seen. If you contact support theyll just reset your vip level back to the beginning and tell you there are no perks associated with your tier. If you dont contact them, your level is reset at least three times a week.

The biggest red flag i ran across was that they ban accounts as soon as you take a substantial loss. Pretty weird right? Let me elaborate a bit on that because its exactly what it sounds like. When I started off on this site I ,of course, noticed it had almost exclusively negative reviews. So naturally I approached with caution. I bought the welcome offer and played through it using minimal risk strategies. 5c slot spins and $1 hands of bj. Of course thats easy profit on promos. Redeemed my winnings, the first time took about a week to hit my bank as they kept wanting me to verify the one card i used to purchase and redeem five separate times before theyd send payment. So I decided to throw caution to the wind after dozens of seamless purchases and redemptions. I made my first degen play and bet $1000 on a single round of roulette, and lost. No big deal, thats how it goes with gambling. Decide to redeem the $200 remaining and cut my losses. They payed it out the next day and also banned me from their platform. Reached out to support and they cited section 8.3 of the t&c's. Thats simply that they can ban anyone at their sole discretion. I press support for more clarification, which I did not really expect to receive, but to my surprise they said the operators of the site did not like the single large bet i made. So...its a casino that doesnt want you to gamble? Seems pretty suspicious. If thats actually accurate I have to say the people operating this site should set bet limits on the games they offer. Plenty of other sites do that, but I guess they cant be bothered and would rather just ban their users after the fact instead.

I am warning all players to stay away from Big Pirate. I turned a small deposit into $625, but they intentionally stalled my identity verification for days.

During this time, I explicitly notified their support team that I was in a "dire need" financial situation. Instead of following Responsible Gaming protocols and pausing my account or accelerating the verification, they ignored my distress signal. Predictably, they "instantly" verified my account only AFTER the balance was gone.

I have uncovered internal tracking code [G6G66M-3RJ6W] in their communications, proving they are aware of this failure but are refusing to credit the funds. I have already filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General under the Consumer Sales Practices Act (ORC 1345.03) for unconscionable business acts.

If you value your money and your consumer rights, do not play here. They wait for you to lose your winnings before they "approve" your ID.

This site really is different from any other I've played. My VIP Manager is awesome and very helpful. You can earn free spins just by playing. Also fast payouts and and amazing spread of games.

Don't waste your time using this casino. If you win they will find an excuse to refund your money and cancel your wins. If you lose no big deal but if you win they will say there are problems. Just a warning.

Definitely do not trust this site. They'll give you some good welcome offers just to start & then when you try to redeem stuff they keep giving you the runaround trying to reverify documents that you've already verified.

Even if you're at the highest here VIP level they advertise that you get quicker withdrawal redemptions within 24 hours and I never saw that & I always had to reach out to chat support & they would apologize for the inconvenience & say oh okay we're sorry about this we're going to go ahead & have someone expedite the transfer.

But once they get you hooked then you just lose lose lose.

On top of that I witnessed & have video proof & screenshots that they are doing systematic ledger tampering.

On their website you can earn free spins for playing the claw machine which the claw machine itself is faulty and doesn't work a lot of the time either. Sometimes you'll get prizes in the shoot that it doesn't count for your free spins, sometimes it freezes & you can't see where you're even playing in the timer runs out, sometimes the claw machine just randomly just drops at the shot & you don't even get to do your play.

But on one session I got some 30 free spins which I had a few sets of spins that you have to redeem manually each time & play the 30 free spins & then redeem the next.

For the 30 free spins at the time of writing this it's Rich's Express but won $330 from a bonus round off of my free spins & just note that whatever amounts you win it doesn't actually update your amount that you have on your account until after you're finished with all of the 30 free promotional spins.

After a pop up a screen saying for this round you win x amount of money. Well that happened & it was much lower than what I was supposed to get.

At first I was like oh maybe the bonus rounds don't count for what it shows that you made on a pop-up for those 30 free promotional spins.

Well looking at my account balance & I compared to what I had started with during that session and it did not add up and I was short to the amount of like $230.

Luckily I had recorded my gameplay footage of this so I had proof of the issues and it wasn't just that amount there was other amounts to during that session during my sets of 30 free spins that it didn't pay out right.

Reached out to support and they wanted to have me provide the game play IDs & I told them on the slot machine usually on games it has a gameplay ID in the bottom right hand corner with a Time on it & I'm like this one doesn't have that and the representative told me oh yeah some newer games don't have that.

Ended up finding in the settings of that slot machine & it opens up a separate tab with a pop-up showing all your gameplay history whether you one or didn't win with a gameplay ID which is lowercase, uppercase, & a mix of random numbers, with timestamps, dates, & the amounts.

You can even click on each one farther & will open up a drop-down menu with all the icons that appeared during that play on what you won.

So I saw this and saw the amounts of where I won correctly & provided that to the cat representative.

They said they were going to get back to me I think we're going to talk to a specific Department like the it department or something that would look into this.

They came back & said oh where did you get this information from because those aren't the gameplay IDs, you need to go under your account & view the gameplay history there & they will just be a set of 8 numbers.

I went & looked there & saw different amounts that I won with the date, & the time & none of those amounts that I won was $330. I look back at the other ones that I did from the actual slot machine gameplay history & those timestamps where I won them & it didn't even match the timestamps on big Pirates website nor did it match any of my wins that I got during those 30 free spins sessions.

I told him that this is wrong and they need to be looking at the gameplay IDs on the actual slot machine because your information is inaccurate.

I also told him that I had video proof and they told me to send those over. The representative told me someone will get back out to you here shortly via email.

Never really heard anything and I emailed support this time giving the same exact information & I provided the Google Drive links to my videos.

After them looking over my videos & going back & forth they claim that there is nothing wrong & looked over everything & I was paid correctly.

Then basically for the inconvenience they gave me a 250 credit which of course for that wasn't even redeemable I still had to play through it but it's weird they would just offer me this & say everything was normal. It still doesn't make up for that that gameplay history on their site has been tampered with or a error not displaying correctly. Sweepstakes sites are supposed to be fair & this is not & will be disputing my charges for fraud & being deceptive under consume protection laws.

Refuses to payout. Said they needed more documents even though I was already verified (red flag city) so I send the documents, only to be given another excuse as to why it wasnt good enough. Cashed out last Tuesday, its now Saturday and i give up. These people will just give you excuse after excuse as to why they cant pay you. Only other option is to report them in hopes they get shut down eventually. DO NOT PLAY HERE!

*UPDATE* After another 24 hours of runaround and "were working on it" I just closed the account. Place is 100% a scam.

They have the games I love to play. Got verified with no issues and I was able to redeem without incident. Less than 24 hours and my winnings were in my bank account.
