Awesome service
Did not have exact guitar picks that I ordered even though they were on the website. Apparently, even they were at a loss as to why, but no danger they rang me and offered a different type of the same brand and same guage. Turned out to be far more grippy than what i ordered. I am pretty impressed that they rang to ask and provided a better product. Strings were also very competitively priced. Order came pretty quickly. I will definitely recommend and also they have loyalty along as they keep up the amazing customer service
