The process was kinda sketchy for me. I made an order and didn’t hear anything or get anything for over a week. With that being said when I did call I got someone who was very helpful and got everything straight. They should give out discount codes with orders. This isn’t much to come back to.

Hello Brandon. It looks like your order was placed on a Friday evening before a Holiday weekend. We are not open on Saturdays and Sundays to ship orders out and then we were closed on that Monday for Memorial Day. We were then closed again on the 27th for another holiday that is celebrated by people who work in the company. With that being said, I do understand that your order took a little longer than it normally would. However, when ordering over a long Holiday weekend, it is always best to order on a Wednesday or Thursday to ensure we have enough time to get the order processed, packed, and shipped before the holiday weekend comes along.

Big D CBD After purchase discounts-Gone?
Big D CBD used to offer discounts for buying additional products at check out, actually after you purchased what you wanted. They gave you a couple of chances, the second one being twice the discount of the first one. That has happened every time every time until last time. I was counting on that discount and ended up paying full retail for almost everything I bought. Now I am going to have to search local smoke shops and other companies and see what they offer. I have major spinal issues and use these products for pain relief, so price is important.

Delivery and the whole ordering process it's perfect but the gummies I got didn't make me feel anything, and my tolerance it's not that high I can get glazed with 2 sodas from my local dispensary and they're barely 100 mg each

Don’t buy from this retailer
I ordered $172 dollars of products that came to me with degraded oil making the entire order unusable. I tried to reach out and contact the seller and they haven’t responded or worked with me on how to resolve the issue. DON’T BUY FROM BIG D CBD THEY DON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!! With this economy, losing that money has frustrated and taken a toll on me. I was a first time customer and will never buy from them again. I sent pictures to prove the order was bad and they still did nothing about it. I even offered to mail it back - treating customers this way is terrible and I will be looking into reporting your company.
