Big Bus kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Big Bus versucht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten den Touristen nahe zu bringen. Das Triple Ticket für die Emirate kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

There's actually nothing that you could have done better, staff, tour, guides and help on the way was excellent.

Quite expensive for 4 adults and 2 kids, but when you consider it let us see nearly all the sights on the way to the tower of London, and included a ferry ride back up river, it was worth it. Good commentary, interesting route, clean etc. Great.

The bus tour was good and informative, however there was no guide, noone came near us to check our tickets or anything, I was told my ticket would be scanned but I never met or seen a guide, We could of jumped on for free! Other than that it was an enjoyable day out.

We found all the drivers to be very friendly and helpful. Interesting narration as well very informative. Only gripe would be the length of time we had to wait for buses some times 15 to 20 mins don't know if this was the time of year it being January they may be more frequent in the summer months. But would use them again as they give you a good idea were things are.

Booking via internet in short delay was very easy. Good comments during the tour by headphones in various languages. Tour plan available in the buses. Kind service. Boat tour on the Thames was good as well.

A great experience with Big Bus Tours! I liked the whole tour of London and the fact that I could hop off and on at different spots throughout the tour. The "live" guide was excellent and funny as well! She was knowledgeable and explained everything as we were going around.

I also liked the fact that I could use my ticket an extra day. This gave me more time to explore London. In addition, I enjoyed the cruise on the river
even though it was raining.

We have only one day in London, so Big Bus helped us so much and we could see many interesiting places in the city. We had free river cruise from Big Ben to Tower of London. So, thank you!

Nous avons été content de faire le tour de Londres avec des commentaires en français, les bus font le tour des principaux sites touristiques et il n'y avait pas trop de monde en janvier. Par contre le tarif est cher pour la prestation heureusement qu'à cette période nous avions 48h pour 24h acheté car pour une journée cela ne vaut pas le coup; nous nous sommes retrouvés à 17h à une station où les bus ne s'arrêtaient plus après 16h30 donc obligés de rentrer par nos propres moyens, et certains chauffeurs sympas d'autres moins; bref avis mitigé, bien pour une première à Londres mais sans plus.....

It was a nice tour, good information.

Bus réguliers donc peu d'attente, bonnes explications, parcours permettant de découvrir bon nombre des centres d'intérêts de Londres... Belle expérience au final, que je conseille pour ceux effectuant un court séjour et souhaitant avoir un bon aperçu de la ville visitée.

Ajudaram em todas as situações que precisamos porque viajamos com uma pessoa bastante idosa e eles foram impecáveis.

Prior to boarding, I paid for two tickets to a sight at one of the stops. That sight was closed for the entire month.

Such a fantastic experience. We would never have seen as much of London by any other means. Brilliant value getting 48hrs for the price of 24 AND a river cruise as well. Brilliantly knowledgeable staff made it fun. Would undoubtedly recommend to everyone.A massive thanks.

A lot more original tour buses around the city. Had intended to use the tour bus to get around a lot but could not because the buses where rarely at the designated hop on/ hop off locations

Our first guide Chris was fantastic, applying the personal touch to the tidbits of information about landmarks. He was great! Second guide we came across spoke too quickly and had no personality (didn't catch his name), but we enjoy the sights nevertheless. The audio guided tour was different again (blue tour) and provided good insight into what we were seeing, with musical interludes. Rain ponchos and headsets were free to take with us.
I would recommend this tour company to anyone who wants to see London on a tight schedule!

We stayed at the cruise ship Aida and wanted to do the tour. We booked in advance. We needed nearly 1,5 houres to start the tour, because we had to change the bus, hstopped in front of the terminal, after 10 minutes they told us to leave the bus, we walked through the building, then we could go to the bus again, the good place we had before was occupied ... We would never book again one tour with Big Bus!!!!

El tour es miy bueno, t explica todo, ls guiaa anables! Lo unico ue hay que tomarlo bien temorano, porque a las 16 hs comienza a teeminar el recorrido y no llegas a ver todo! Si no pedir por 2 dias!
