I have been experiencing issues with my deposit, and this is not the first time. It has now been five days with no meaningful update, other than being told that the matter is “actively being worked on.” I’ve been given multiple conflicting timeframes — the first agent said 12 hours, the next said 24 hours, then 3 days, then 3 banking days, and now I’m being told only that I’ll be updated when they receive more information. This inconsistency is extremely frustrating, and I would like a clear and accurate timeline for resolution.

Pros:

Something the deposit or withdrawal got stuck and take longer than usual to get back or reflect the funds in our account. Additional fee will be deducted for credit card payments. Bonuses like 10x or 50x or more looking great but after getting the bonus it's not easy to claim it. We need to play for a lot to fulfill the wages of the bonus amount
