I ordered the Oasis Live 25 shoes in September 2024 and paid £85 in advance. However, I never received the shoes or a tracking number. When I contacted the company in December 2024, they informed me that the shoes would be ready in January 2025. In January, they requested full payment, but I refused to pay until I received a tracking number or an invoice via PayPal. Eventually, I was able to get my money back thanks to PayPal. I advise others to stay away from this company.

Love the bespoke exclusive designs. The communications around ordering, payment and delivery are flawless.

Ordered Nirvana Gazelles for my partners birthday 🎂 received them today and they are great 👍 😊 look exactly as advertised. I think they are fairly priced considering the price of other custom Gazelles and will deffo be putting in another order for Father’s Day.

Awesome product,great to deal with even with customs issues here in Spain so be wary if buying outside UK.

Brought the Stone Island trainers very pleased look great excellent communication definitely will buy again somewhat bewildered by the negative reviews on here as this was the complete opposite to my experience thanks guys

Where do I start, easy communication with this small family run firm, my husband actually cried when he opened his Christmas present and saw his customised trainers!! I think the prices are fair as gazelle trainers are expensive to start with, what this firm charges is fair to then customise them. I put Christmas Day for the experience as this is when hubby first saw them, I bought them a while ago so I could save to pay outright for them. The link they sent me was easy to use and made paying for them easy as I am not computer savvy. If you are looking for a gift that is different, then look no further as this firm fits the bill.

Got the definitely maybe customs from these lads and now they are my pride and joy, everything just like advertised. Unreal quality and service, wouldn't hesitate to use again. Top lads
