What an incredible pair of shoes. These are my fourth and fifth pairs. Yet again the quality and craftsmanship of these shoes has to be seen, touched, and smelt to understand how much time goes into each pair. They are not cheap, but they are worth every single penny spent. In my opinion, these shoes cross the line from footwear into the realm of contemporary art.

Absolutely shocking ! Billy is an absolute crook, takes your money never sends your order out then blames Royal Mail !
Never trust this company at all they are embarrassingly bad, stay well clear of all there lies and go elsewhere !

Was a Great service and comms ... I’ve now had to edit my original review as I feel I’ve had the piss taken out of me to be honest. The designs on the trainers have started falling/ peeling off I reached out to Billy and at first I got reply saying he would sort out for me. I paid £180 for them so I was glad was going to replace them.Billy has since ignored all my emails, blatantly has no intention of repairing or replacing them . I bought these trainers a good few months back so he’s had loads of time to do the right thing. Beware people

From ordering to delivery we were kept informed of progress by BG Customs. Payment was easy first deposit then balance on shipping. Trainers arrived today exactly as pictured good quality and well happy with them. Thanks BG Customs would recommend.

I’ll admit I was hesitant about this purchase because of the price and the wait time but am glad I went through with it. All transactions were simple and the communications from them about my custom order began immediately. They did a great job of keeping me up to date on my order and even answered questions about sizing differences since I am in the States. I’m considering another purchase as I am very pleased with the ‘trainers’ I received. Great company.

I orderd the ian brown addidas on thec3rd of July straight away BG customs got in touch to say they would be ready around 28th August give or take they arrived today 6th September and honestly they are well worth the wait and every penny they cost they are beutiful totally exquisite billy and the team at BG customs kept me upto date all the way through the process I'm just about to pick two more pair got my eye on lest we forget and the prodigy oh and of i could ive give them more stars forget negative reviews I'm 56 years old and a real customer give bg customs a try you won't be disappointed

I found BG Customes online after seeing a pair of custom trainers at a festival. I looked through the website which was easy to negotiate and found a pair I liked. I decided to go for them. As I usually buy all my gear direct from bigger companies I was apprehensive. I have to say from beginning to end the process was super easy. BG customs have corresponded with me from beginning to end really well and have kept me up to date on every step. I received the trainers today and they have not disappointed me. They look better in hand than in photos. I think for what I received the price is very affordable and swayed in the favour of the customer, especially when you think how much trainers go for. I can highly recommend BG customs and I am super happy with my product. I will definitely use again.

After a few good transactions in the past, I ordered 4 pairs of trainers but only received 2 and they were both much later than promised. This was in June 2024. After countless messages, endless promises and a topping of lies, here we are in September 2025 and I’m still waiting for the other 2 pairs and Billy is refusing to refund me anything. 15 months. He gave me a number of dates which he would dispatch my order and all have come and gone.
I told him I would leave negative reviews unless things sorted this week and he has since blocked me. Absolutely shocking service, would definitely avoid this one

Excellent, limited edition customised Oasis Adidas trainers. Absolutely amazing. 'Whatever' you want, get some before they 'Slide Away' out of stock ;-) Highly recommend BG Customs.

Fantastic service they keep in touch letting you know about your order. When I received my trainers I was over the moon with them they look the dogs.
