Received cups that didn’t fit me inside my correct sized bra. Customer service was very happy to quickly organise some replacements to be sent and were very apologetic for the mix up. Amazing comfortable and functional products and great customer service to match!

Poor quality (thin) product
Poor quality (thin) product; doesn't stay up or support as promised. So I was then shocked to find there is a NO REFUND policy with this company. To add insult to injury, to return a product (just for store credit - and why would I want another cheap item??!!!) they want another $10 for a return label, so it will cost you even more. I wouldn't sell to anyone else as I have a conscience and any purchaser deserves better. So DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY as you will be stuck with something you cannot use and cannot get a refund on.

Worst product ever
Purchased the double protection bamboo bandeau bra for $50.00. The inside of the bandeau has some sort of harness for your breast inside what it's mentioned to do I don't know. In my case it did nothing. The whole contraption rolled up and slid down. The company refused to take this over priced garbage back.

One of my worse buys
Hated them. Returned mine. Was super unsupportive and found them very uncomfortable! They don't offer refunds and I couldn't find a bra of theirs that was comfortable. I contacted them, asking for options for bras with more support. They pretty much said that they had no more supportive bras and brushed it off by saying "you can exchange it or get a credit, as per our refund policy." Which was super unhelpful. If you can offer no better bra (the only thing i need), what in the world am I going to do with a credit or an exchange.....

I really like the wireless sports bra…
I really like the wireless sports bra pack I bought. Are these the most supportive (sports) bra I’ve ever worn? No, but they have got to be one of the most comfortable. If walking, yoga-ing or doing Pilates is the activity, you’re good to go. If you plan to run, jump or skip…not so much. I’m not only big, but heavy breasted so I’ve always struggled with bras, and I’m pleasantly surprised how well these lift and give ‘the girls’ some shape. That’s a win in my big boob world! 😁

Re Superfine 100% Cotton Tank Top - 2 Pack bought through the Iconic. While I acknowledge they were described as a super lightweight and breathable top - they were so fine there is little to no point in wearing them. Do not provide any warmth, and certainly no real covereage as they are see through and expensive for the amount of thread used - $35 each! Size wise I followed their size guide - they come up small though and ride up when worn, so if you still want them, maybe go up a size from what you think. The only redeeming feature of these for me was the neckline and they were not ribbed!

In the meantime, we and would love to offer some fit tips that may help improve the fit of your current product:
✔ Ensure the strapless bra is pulled up nice and high—especially at the sides and back—then smoothed into place. If worn too low, it won’t be secure and may pull downward.
✔ Check the sizing—If it’s too tight, the pressure can cause it to shift. If it’s too loose at the top, it may not feel secure.
✔ Try folding the elastic band inside once, if the bandeau feels too long in the body. This provides extra hold under the bust.
✔ Consider using the optional straps—Every body shape is different, and while some customers don’t need them, they can add extra support and prevent rolling.

Disappointed
I recently bought 6 of the support wire free bras. Followed the sizing guide to the letter. Got the bras in record time, kudos for that....but I wouldn't be sprouting that they are great support for large busts. I'm an 18E and wore one of the wire free to work and jiggled about all over the place. I will say, it was comforable to wear but I may as well have worn no bra at all. In all honesty, I'll only be wearing these bras around the house and will have to find another wirefree bra company so I can find something more appropriate for work.

Bad merchandise, bad customer service
Sold a very poorly, I'll fitting item, of dreadful quality. I wanted a refund but only if I paid for a special return bag & label plus postage. Staff contact sent me on a wild goose chase about their return policies. Then they used delay tactics to avoid giving me a refund through PayPal. Thoroughly disgusted with the way they treat their customers having spent hundred of. Dollars on items in the past.

Impressed with Bras
We tried two different items from B Free and loved them both - the wire free minimiser bra and the sleep bra were both super comfy, cute and affordable! The cotton sleep bra is perfect for breathability, and the minimiser made those button popping outfits actually fit well and stay streamlined!

Recently brought the sleep bra and undies set. Feels so light and airy and helped me settle a lot quicker as I’m usually overhot in bed. The minimizer wire free bra has been so good at the gym, I used two of them at the same time so there is minimal "jiggle" - sorry lads, my milkshake won't bring all the boys to the yard in wearing this awesome bra - and best yet - it's underwire FREEEEE!! None of that annoying wire poking under my underarms or in between my bust!
My personal favorite product is their Curvy Stay up Shorts!!
These double up as Anti Chafing shorts for my curvy sisters, AND THEY DON'T ROLL DOWN OR UP!! *Inserts happy dance here* and it has a discreet easy open gusset for convenience (Yes, I had to look that up on their website, as I didn't know how to describe this amazing contraption)
There are also no seams, meaning you can wear this under bodycon dresses!!
I also love the under bust stay up G String - the quality of all their items are second to none! The snatch look on this one also is amazing!! This also doesn't roll down!!
BFree's shape wear has been a live saver for those dresses that need that "extra" tuck look, but still keeping the comfort.
Shipping was fast, and they have great customer service!!

New Favourite Everyday Bra
I bought the Long Line Spaghetti Strap Bralette. Love it! It makes the girls look good, the super wide band sits comfortably and probably my favourite thing about it. It's definitely something I would wear everyday, feels like it would be great to wear for light exercise, like a walk. Great product to sleep in as well. I think I might need to buy more, one definitely isn't enough! <3
