Lot of things are fishy,
First they will not even approve your documents and delayed tactics go on and then they will make your withdrawal to move from bank account to bitcoin which is even worse.

Overall
Overall, I like the experience but the games often resets on its own while I’m in the middle playing. The deposit process is quick and easy, but the withdrawals take much longer even though it essentially goes through the same process. I would recommend it to a friend.

Withdrawal Pending for Weeks
Withdrawal Pending for Weeks – No Clear Resolution.
I requested a withdrawal of $1,414 on April 9, 2026, and it is still pending.
Initially, I was told withdrawals take 3–5 business days. This was later extended to 5–10 business days, and eventually up to 15 business days.
At one point, support even stated that the payout “should be done by tomorrow”, which did not happen.
I have received multiple conflicting explanations, including “high volume”, “processing checks”, and “escalation”, while also being told there are no issues with my account verification.
As of today, the withdrawal remains unpaid with no clear resolution.
Update – May 7, 2026:
BetWhale responded publicly stating that the issue would be escalated and that I would be contacted shortly.
However, several days have passed since that response, and I have not received any payment or any concrete update with a processing date.
I also contacted live support again today and received the same generic explanation — that the withdrawal is still in the billing queue due to high payout volume and that I should contact the billing department.
This has been repeated multiple times over the past weeks without any real progress.
My account has been confirmed as active and fully verified, so there are no verification or account-related issues preventing the payout.
As of today, my withdrawal request from April 9 is still pending.
I will update this review if the payment is actually processed.
Update – June 4, 2026:
BetWhale still has not paid my $1,414 withdrawal requested on April 9, 2026.
After sending a formal payment demand and waiting more than 48 hours, I received no response from Billing, Payments, or Compliance.
I contacted live support again. Support confirmed that my case is supposedly escalated to Billing, but they could not provide:
a billing ticket number;
a reference number;
the date the case was escalated;
an expected payment timeframe;
the reason why the payout has not been approved;
any Terms & Conditions clause justifying the continued hold;
any KYC/AML report number.
Support also stated they do not have access to those details and told me to keep waiting. The chat was then closed without any concrete resolution.
At this point, my withdrawal has been pending for more than 53 calendar days. The payout has not been denied, my account has been confirmed active and verified, and no additional documents have been requested.
I am still requesting one of the following from BetWhale: payment approval, written denial, or a formal hold reason with the applicable Terms & Conditions clause and KYC/AML report number.
I will update this review if the withdrawal is actually paid.

Normally this would have been a 5 star rating from me because I absolutely love the Betwale experience. With all the different ways to win and all the really cool interactive incentives and free bonuses you are given from completing missions to picking who you think will win in sports matches. My personal favorite is the daily rewards from the ball drop or spinning the wheel!! On top of that is all the safe and quick ways to deposit money into your account, and it's just as safe to withdraw your winnings!! I've been playing with Betwale for over a year and a half and I truly love it!! The only reason it isn't gonna get 5 stars from me today is because I recently had a pretty frustrating experience with one of the support members while trying to figure out why I couldn't activate a free spin bonus I was giving by completing a mission. The member seemed like they didn't understand what I was explaining to them and then started trying to say things that you could plainly see were not right at all and was no help at all. On top of that it took about 40 minutes of this waiting around for a response for 6 minutes here, and 5 minutes there. And in the end I was still not able to use my free spins and the support member didn't even offer me anything for the inconvenience like I've been offered in the past. I was pretty upset and irritated by the end because I play a pretty good amount of money with Betwale and it really made me think about not playing with Betwale anymore... But I'm not gonna give up on the Betwale team yet. I'm gonna keep playing and hope that was just a one-off incident for now. So I definitely still do recommend playing with Betwale to anyone who likes to bet, play, or just try your luck and see what happens. Good luck!!

This site has good and bad. You can win a little time to time. If you withdraw to your bank it will take a month and they only pay $500.00 a transaction. Bitcoin payouts they refuse cash app. Shouldn't have to wait so long to get paid. Need a quicker and player friendly payout, not only to their advantage.

Good Casino but disappointed with Withdrawals
I turned $1,000 into around $7,000, and their signup promo is one of the best. Their sportsbook and casino are also pretty good.
The reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 5 is because of the withdrawal issues. I submitted a $2,500 crypto withdrawal request, but 5 business days later, only $500 was approved. I understand that their terms of service say they may reduce withdrawal amounts into smaller portions, but I still find this very frustrating. The other online casinos I’ve played at never had this in their terms, and my requested amounts were always approved.
It’s quite disappointing because I really enjoy playing here. If BetWhale is willing to help me get my withdrawals approved for the full requested amount, I will make sure to update this review to 5 stars. Until then, my review will remain at 2 stars.

Horrible withdrawal experience. Don’t use this website. I had $500, kept getting my validation rejected. Ended up spending an additional 300, so did a 200 withdrawal, and still waiting over 3 days! Worst experience online gambling. Don’t do it!

This place is a nightmare
They have sunk to a new low. I placed a bet late last year on a team to win March madness for this year. That team is now in the final 4. And betwhale just randomly refunded the bet without explanation. It was looking like I might win so they just voided the bat for no reason. Anyone posting a positive review of this place is lying. Get as far away far away from these scammers as you possibly can!!!!!
