I ordered some of the seamless bras in the sale and I love them sooooo much. I have now ordered some more in other colours and also a pair of seam free pants and some tights, I have not tried these yet, but if they are as comfy as the bras I will be ordering more. And I really love the lack of useless packaging, they are simply wrapped in paper and arrive in an envelope, it all gets recycled - fantastic

It's hard to find plus size tights which actually fit plus size people comfortably, so I was delighted when I found Better Tights. The top of the tights is generous, with lots of stretch and waistbands that don't dig in. I have also been very pleased with the quality and I can't recommend the modal tights enough. They are the softest winter tights I have ever come across and stay looking good wash after wash, without fading like the tights I've bought elsewhere. Plus, their customer service is exceptional. When I had a delivery issue, it was easy to contact them via email, I got a reply incredibly quickly and the problem was resolved pleasantly and efficiently. Better Tights are clearly better at everything!

One pair of tights were shipped out in the incorrect size, I emailed the customer service team and they sent me out the correct size which arrived very quickly. The tights are comfortable and look really nice. Will be using better tights for future purchases

Cheap and nasty tights. Poor quality and badly made Thin in comparison to others of same denier extremely rough and itchy. Sizing is way out too, ordered "Quattro" per size guide (5'2" and size 14 ) much too long and went baggy immediately. Glad I ordered them in the sale but ,with postage,
still over £7 a pair. Trading on a premium product but all show, no substance

Was sent request to leave feedback days before the products arrived ( little communication other than that ) or I wouldn't have bothered but if they're asking for feedback than I'm giving it, but honestly

I shall go back to my usual brands, lesson learned !

Bought two pairs of tights, felt like moving away from another well known brand and I’d give the little guy a go.

What a waste of time and money.

My first pair didn’t last 30 minutes, spent the rest of my night incredibly self conscious about the ever increasing hole in my tights.

The second pair? Came with a hole in, so we didn’t even get out the house.

I do not recommend this company at all.

Made my first order and unfortunately a packing error meant I got stockings instead of the tights I ordered. I emailed and was immediately sent out the correct item and was told to keep the wrong item. Excellent customer service! The tights are great too, perfect fit and great quality. Will be ordering again!

I thought I was going mad, but it seems I’m not the only customer who has had ordered the same size of tights they normally do to find they keep falling down.
I moved to Better tights as I didn’t like the fit of Snag . The tights I have from last year are a perfect fit. But these ones I have ordered recently constantly fall down. I’ve compared my old tight to my new and it looks like there is a few cm more room in the old ones from the gusset to the top.

I was going to email the company but going by the reviews, it looks like I won’t have much luck.

It’s a shame as I’ve been telling anyone who’s looking for tights to give Better tights a go over Snag.

I love the tartan/plaid tights that Better do, always fun colour combos and they are fab to layer over plain colours. Their fishnet designs are fab as well. I wore the Bouquet Floral in burgundy over a pair of bright royal purple opaques today and they looked amazing.

I ordered 4 pairs of wide fit knee high socks. Unfortunately they sent super wide socks which are way too loose. The main problem is that this is their mistake but I have not been able to get any response from them to make a return. They do not give any phone numbers or any way to have direct contact, so I have had to submit forms to them twice on their own website and got no response over the last week.

Don't have to wait for weeks for them to arrive and I can get the size and colours that I want..

Lovely tights, great fit and beautiful designs.

I recently ordered three pairs of tights and had high hopes for the for and quality. They were shipped quickly and there were regular order updates. Unfortunately all three pairs I ordered (different denier/composition) were simultaneously too big and too small. I followed their size guide carefully. I found the tights are so long that the fabric bunches up around the top of my thighs and there is excess fabric around the bottom/torso area. Meanwhile the waistbands felt uncomfortably tight! Generally a terrible fit. The modal pair I ordered was soft but the others pairs are the roughest tights I've ever felt. It's often a gamble buying non-returnable items like tights online and I regret this purchase for sure.

On the whole the tights were ok. Don't stay up as well as they claim, need pulling up throughout the day. One pair that I ordered has a really itchy bit at the back that I traced back to the seam not being quite right so there was a bit sticking out. Unfortunately while trying to see if I could make it smoother the tights ripped. I contacted Better Tights but got no reply so I tried again a week later. They replied saying that because the damage had occured after delivery they couldn't refund or replace the tights. Even though the original issue was manufacturing not an issue that occured after delivery!? I queried further but they said I should have contacted straight away so they could rectify the issue. I had but they didn't reply! Wouldn't buy from them again with this customer service.

Fantastic customer service, great products and fair prices. I will definitely be ordering from here again. The cosy socks are exactly as described.

Delivery time was quick as stated.
Product arrived in time scale expected.
Goods well wrapped in paper and a cute little card was included.
This makes the customer feel special.
The fishnet tights I ordered were of good quality, easy to put on and wear, and were very soft and comfortable .
Have been a customer for a while now and will definitely purchase from you again.

Obsessed with the shorts. I tried snag and I hated them. The material felt so cheap like primark tights material and they felt really uncomfortable for me. I now have about 8 pairs of the better tights ones, the material is better, I feel like they are much better for air. Love the colours and the price is so good. I think the sample idea is so good as well if you wanted to give them a try. I'm a 14 and got size cinque and they fit like a dream.

I genuinely won't be going anywhere else now
