I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I bought several duvet protectors from them, looked after them according to washing instructions, and in well under a year, on four of the protectors the zips have jammed or broken. On calling this to the attention of the company, I have had a patronising email saying that noone else has complained and their products are actually thoroughly test and are good quality ie "you are lying". Not good enough, Better Sleep Company!

Absolutely brilliant service from Lee at bettersleepcompany.com. I received the wrong item but although this item is now obsolete it was sourced and delivered to me promptly thanks to Lee. I genuinely can’t praise the service enough and I’ve got exactly what I was after. Thank you Lee, you’ve restored my faith in humanity and customer service which is lacking so badly in so many organisations.

I order a blanket and a cover for that blanket. I tried to return the items and it's a nightmare. Nobody answers the email or calls when they understand you want to place a return. I had to threaten legal action in order to have them give me a return address to bring back the product. Not sure if it's even valid as it's for a home address and not a company.... Truly poor customer service. I don't recommend this company at all.

Ordered Caravan bedding from this company. Products arrived very quickly and were of an excellent quality. Ordered a Mattress cover and fitted sheet. Thought price was reasonable for a bespoke product.

Perfect bedspread and cushions - just what I was looking for and super fast delivery - received within 24 hours of ordering. I couldn’t be happier. I see the bad reviews on this page and I’m surprised as I am genuinely so happy with the whole experience and the product.

I purchased a 3-tog, and 2-tog duvet, and 2 of the same 2-tog duvets were sent. Very disappointed, followed up with an email and they denied it, they asked for a picture, which I swiftly replied back with the picture and there's been no response since.

Ordered product on 22nd May. Followed up twice chasing them with emails. No replies at all. Now 3 weeks later and am going to have to get a chargeback on my credit card.
