My husband and I are so appreciative of what BetterMed is doing for our community during the pandemic. We have visited the BetterMed location at Regency Square in Richmond, VA twice now for testing and both times it was a seamless, comforting experience. Everyone was friendly, kind and professional, from the folks who answer the phones, the intake team and the people administering the tests and answering questions. It was reassuring to talk to professionals who are informed, honest and take the time to listen to our questions and concerns. I value having BetterMed as a resource during these unprecidented times and will continue to turn to our location as a resource going forward. Thank you BetterMed!

The staff was exceptional
The staff was exceptional. So professional and nice. The practice looked very nice and clean inside. Highly impressed. This was my first time visiting any BetterMed and I would definitely use them again.

Very timely
Very timely. Short wait in the car. Then went in for my test and the staff was so diligent in making sure that I didn’t come into contact with other patients. Got written results before I left!

Everyone was fantastic and the appointment went smoothly.
My only comment is that it was reiterated several times that I would receive a call regarding my results (COVID-19 test) and I would receive an email that allowed me to access results on a portal, but I never received a call. After about 30 minutes I checked my email and saw my results, which is fine with me. However, if I were a patient that could not easily access my email on a phone and was relying on the phone call, that would have been a much more stressful situation. Point being, if you confirm that results will be delivered by phone, please make sure the call is made promptly. The portal should be backup.
