Working with Betterlet has been amazing. With my previous letting agency, I used to dread receiving an email, now I feel totally at ease and confident that I'm in the best hands to manage my flat.

Betterlet handled the full refurbishment of my bathroom and flat, and it couldn't have been easier. I have complete confidence in the quality of work, unlike the previous letting agent when I was sent low-quality tradespeople and overcharged.

Really happy with Betterlet. They look after our flat in London while we’re abroad. They’ve been fast to sort issues, getting tradesmen, and even doing a lot of fixes themselves, without charging extra. Good communication, and straight forward. Highly recommend.
