better.bike & PEBL has become a scam.
Better Bike has been taking people's money for five years and not giving them bikes while refusing refunds. Every few months they promise the bikes will be delivered in just another two months and it never happens. They refuse to prove any of their claims with photos, videos, or a contact at the company they are contracting with.
They used to be a legitimate company, but then some other people took over production and now it is a total scam. They claim they don't have any money to issue refunds with, but if they don't have that money, how do they have money to make the bikes?!
That money was required to be held in escrow and returned to customers. Instead, they illegally spent it and have nothing to show for it. PEBL bikes have become a complete scam. Stay away.
