Betstro Recenzje

Quite possibly the worst casino experience I have had so far.

Pros:
+nice layout

Cons:
-0 customer service
-not at all suited for casual gambling
-slots show tampering with rti
-horrible horrible horrible withdrawal system
-quite possibly a scam.

money deposited into my account. this has been debited from my bank account but not credited to my betstro account. this was my first deposit as a new customer on this site. day later still not credited. you can't contact customer service because they don't have them! live chat is fake!

The company simply doesnt want to lose money and they will never withdraw your money even after you send them ID, selfie ID, utility bill, bank statement, they even asked me to send them proof to show that my number is mine, after I sent all of this they decided to steal my money with the following reason. " We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of 382,94€ has been removed from your account due to the following terms of our Terms & Conditions:

As a few of the other reviews they stole my winnings. I took the sports bonus and i know that i didn't break any of their T&C´s (we all know these scammier sites have very strange terms so i read them carefully). They kept asking for more pictures for verification and then took my winnings. They didn't even told me which rule i broke. I would have gave them a 0 if possible. Worst scam site i have ever tried!

I recommend and recommending all of friend about dont play at betstro which is really scam company(!)
Their system is same when u uploaded document they will accept some of them.(not all)why ?because you deposit more(!)You go on for play and waiting for KYC verified. But never Your KYC will be verified(!)and you will never get contact to them!If contact, they will just talk(!)online chat will be very busy(!)But when u deposit all of doors will be openen.in short,They are scammer and thieve(!)stay away(!)

Also FINGER WEG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Without me doing anything wrong, they accused me of being a cheater. No evidence was given. They took my winnings from bonus money and winnings from my own earned money.

Do not make the same mistake I did.

AVOID Betstro!

Worthless slots that has no RTP at all, doenst matter what u play or when, probably disqualified RTP too legit and legal terms, You chouldnt ever deposite here ever. Consider withdrawels is probably the same problems that it wont happen any luck with that

Sehr Schlechter Support-------meldet sich nach Langer ZEIT --------CHAT Nicht Vorhanden!!!!!!
