About the Binance report, I sent you the CSV and then you asked for the PDF. When I sent the PDF, you asked again for the CSV, which you already had !
After hundreds of emails, you decided that you need my bank account statement. This document were not asked in the first place so yes I refuse to send it.
Moreover, my account is verified as I completed KYC before I deposited any money.
If you have done your work properly, you would have asked all those documents before my deposit and not when I want to whithdraw my funds.
Your behavior is clearly made to keep my money.
So when someone steal me 1 350 €, this is only appropriate from my side to have a highly abusive behavior !
