This is the worst betting platform I have ever been on. I made a deposit of €20 and received a bonus of €20. I wagered my deposit and my bonus and won €27.62 yet can't withdraw until I wager €160 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Absolutely ridiculous 😡😡😡😡😡

Once again my withdrawal has to wait wait and wait …more than once money came back into my betting account but not been processed so that I can get it …I wanting to withdraw 1000 but thy declined and said if I can make a small withdrawal which doesn’t make any sence but I had no option Nd still hve to wait and wait …it’s so frustrating BCs when we deposit it’s goes straight in ….

Cargué una cantidad menor de dinero (15€), nunca llegué a hacer ningún movimiento con ello y solicite la auto-exclusion del juego. Desde entonces, retirar los 15€ que deposité, y con los que nunca jugué, al mismo método de pago usado para cargarlos ha sido imposible.
Entiendo tener que prevenir el crimen financiero, pero se me han hecho enviar:
- Mas de 5 tipos de extractos bancarios
- Datos financieros sensibles (contratos completos)
- ¡¡La contraseña de mi cuenta!!

Teniendo que explicar todas y cada una de las veces el caso desde el principio, recibiendo la misma respuesta una y otra vez y teniendo que explicar todo como si en vez de hablar con una casa de juego hablase con mis alumnos de guardería. Peor que patético.

Because I made a typo while making my account, my entire account got suspended after 2 years when I only wanted to withdraw my money. I’ve been a 100% cooperative and even tried to came up with a solution. Bad customer service. Now I can’t even log into my account and they have all my documents.

Last review here as i closed my account, don't go here if you want to live bet either, all live betting goes off daily for hours at a time, i threw 200$ dollars on and couldn't even bet on what i wanted to bet on because of the live betting, just closed my account afterwords.

i suggest sticking with more well known websites like bet365.

Editing my last post, i put 2000$ on and actually withdrew 1300$ without problem with just a drivers license verified

but now i just withdrew my last 1000$ to see if they'd let you actually take profit from the site

and i got an email needing more cofirmation, weird how i can withdraw fine when im not in profit, now that i made 300$ i need more documents, will update further on if my bank statement gets verified or if they're going to make it hell to get 300$ profit from them

Stay as fat away from bethard as possible. They'll take your money no problem and when it comes to withdrawing they'll give you every excuse under the as to why they can't. Robbing peoples hard earned money. CON ARTISTS

Vedonlyönnin osalta kaikki meni aluksi ihan hyvin ja kierrätin aloitusbonuksen sääntöjen mukaan. Jatkoin vedonlyöntiä useamman kuukauden ja olin mukavasti voitolla, joskin pienestä summasta olikin kyse. Kaikki hyvin, kunnes päätin kotiuttaa rahaa.

Kotiutus luvattiin minuuteissa tilille, mutta rahoja ei ruvennut kuulumaan. Sähköpostiin kilahti viesti, jossa pyydettiin vahvistamaan pelitilini saadakseni täydet käyttöoikeudet tiliini. Jos vahvistamista ei tee, tili suljetaan 30pv kuluttua. Pelitilin vahvistamiseksi vaaditaan vaatimattomasti muun muassa:

-kuva passista tai muusta virallisesta henkilötodistuksesta ilman että mitään tietoja on peitetty

-valokuva luottokortista, joskin keskimmäiset numerot peitettynä

-enintään 3kk vanha lasku tai virallinen kirje poliisilta tms.

-kuvankaappaus nettipankista

-pankin tiliote, jossa näkyy maksusuoritus Bethardille

-virallinen leimattu dokumentti pankista

Mikään pankki tai maksuvälittäjä ei koskaan ole vaatinut vastaavaa määrää dokumentteja tai todisteita. Jännästi tämä ”vahvistaminen” tuli ajankohtaiseksi heti kun olisi pitänyt ensimmäisen kerran liikuttaa rahoja minun suuntaan, mutta sitä ennen noin 6kk saattoi vain pelailla. Missä maailmassa antaisin avaimet henkilöllisyyteni täydelliseen kopiointiin, kun kyse on huvin vuoksi pelailusta?

Asiakaspalveluchatissa oli sattumalta juuri tällöin ”tekninen vika” kun olin kirjautuneena sisään. Uloskirjauduttua chat kuitenkin olikin toiminnassa. Asiakaspalvelija vastasi suomeksi ja oli ainakin tutkivinaan tilannetta, mutta lopputulos vähemmän yllättäen että ei voi tehdä mitään, ja vahvistaminen vaaditaan.

Pelitilin saldo on nyt nolla. Rahat hävisivät kotiutuspyynnön jälkeen, ja pelitili suljetaan 30pv päästä. Suosittelen välttämään.

sbtech aint great, nor horrible of a provider. ok limits, ok coverage. support also decent. kyc & payments no issues at all. will get limited if ur a winner. as so many sites out there mediocre but legit

Pas på med Bethard, nu har jeg forsøgt i 3 mdr at få mine penge retur, men Bethard vil ikke udbetale mine penge til mig.

Liars with unprofessional staff.

One agent told me i was eligable for a welcome offer through an affiliate Next day different agent (LUKE - MORON) Outright lied and changed his lies througout a 30 min chat, claimed the offer wasnt valid, then that it was expired, then that i didn't come through the link, then it was a random site offering a fake offer (complete lies).

Have filed an official complaint and contacted the ADR.

ALSO THEIR COMPLAINTS EMAIL DOESNT WORK!

Have to say ive been with bethard for 6 months now for their live casino. Great withdrawal service, fastest I've found, funds in my account within minutes

I would strongly suggest avoiding this site. I signed up and claimed the bonus deposit. It was showing in my account, but it was just showing as "initiated" and not "active". I emailed support asking to activate it for me, and literally emailed them back and forth about 8 or 9 times before they finally relented and activated it.

I am sure they do this with everybody! It sounded rehearsed. Blatant scam!

The reason they gave was "You had to email us before you placed any bets. Now that you've placed a bet, I can't activate your bonus." Uhh, what?

It was only after I said I'll be forwarding our email to the gambling commission that they finally said they'll make an exception. I got my bonus in the end, but these guys are the shadiest bookie I've ever dealt with. Avoid!

Inventan excusas cuando les conviene para no pagar. No se la recomiendo a nadie.
