I ordered a 3 piece lighted tree set on 25 August 2025 and as of 12 November 2025 I have yet to receive this item. I sent an Email to Bestratesight and they replied by says "just wait for the delivery". Seriously that is the answer. I asked for a refund not a ridiculous reply.

Don't be fooled! This company is not professional and does not care of your item is broken. I received the light up gnome Christmas tree as a gift from my dad. We tracked it for 2 months. It was supposedly in St Paul, MN for a full month before tracking was updated.
The item does not look like as advertised. The lights fall into the holes and are difficult to get out if you're wanting to move them after placing them in. The top hole has some sort of rubber gasket thing that falls apart when you put the star in. It arrived broken with the light not connected and the bottom is glued on to the point where I can not open it to fix the light. I emailed support and after asking me to send a video of the issue, they determined that the item is fine and offered only a 1% refund! It's cute and all but poorly crafted and mine doesn't light up.

I placed my order in November, after multiple emails I received part of my order. Unfortunately, it arrived missing parts and broken. I sent them an email and alerting them of this issues and attached photos, they said they weren't willing to do anything. I sent a plethora of other emails requesting a full refund, they offered me a $4 refund on a $19 item that was broken. They not only have poor customer services but they don't stand behind what they sell. This company is a scam and I would not recommend ordering anything from them unless you want to receive broken junk and not receive compensation for it.

BEWARE, TOTAL SCAM! Ordered one on 12/5 and still have not received. Asked best way to return it when it finally does arrive and they are playing ignorant. The holiday is over people. So, be careful!!

Not able to contact them thru the support email they have listed. I Ordered the light up gnome back in November. The first tracking was on 11.23.24 and the last tracking on this has it in Albuquerque since 12.20.24. It has been in shipping forna month! I think this is a scam site. It was a gift. I will file a complaint with the United States Internet Fraud division.
