Warning ⚠️ This company is a scam.
Over a month ago, my wife and I purchased a fridge, and to date, we have not received any response from this so-called company. We have tried to contact them countless times through all of their supposed customer service channels.
The telephone numbers provided divert calls, and others are simply disconnected. They do not respond to emails, and the physical address provided is apparently false.
Unfortunately, everything indicates that we have been victims of fraud and, given the high value of the product, we have had to resort to a law firm to analyse the case and file complaints with the competent courts to prosecute these criminals. Through some internet portals, we have contacted other victims to file class action lawsuits in the appropriate courts. If you have also been scammed by this company, please do not hesitate to contact me.
