I bought a pack of 6 frontline plus flea and tick for dogs.
On administration the liquid was thick and smelled of chemicals similar to turpentine, I also had a chemical taste in my mouth purely from the smell. I had to take my dogs to the vets at a cost of £90. I have had confirmation from Biehringer the manufacturer of Frontline who have confirmed the product is counterfeit. I have emailed this company to request money back plus compensation for vet fee. I will also be reporting to VMD and action fraud. Please do not risk using these products, my vet said it could have caused severe neurological problems leading to my dog having to be put down. Luckily I washed it off and rinsed him off thoroughly before it could do any harm.
Shame on this company profiteering from this dangerous practice. I would leave zero score if I could.

Purchased spot on that were short dated. Emailed and received a reply the next day saying replacement was being issued, which arrived 2 days later. Great customer services!

Great product and service

I placed an order for flea treatment frontline plus for cats, received the 2 boxes ordered but when trying to open the film to get the pipette out, this would not peel off. I had to cut them out. I put the solution on my cat who is white and the liquid was yellow in colour. It also had a chemical smell which on checking Google, all these three things are a sign of a counterfeit product. I have had the flea drop batch number checked by frontline and they have confirmed they are fake. My cat has scratched so much causing bleeding and also vomited but thankful now after a week, appears okay. I have requested a refund and I have been asked to send photographs and the counterfeit proof which I have forwarded. I have heard nothing since, no refund and no reply to a further email. Reported to the VMD and I will also be reporting to the police. Do not buy any products from this company unless you want sick animals. Bought on 22nd February but only used at the beginning of April.

Items ordered at very good price and dispatched quickly. There was a delay in the delivery but this was due to Royal Mail and not Bestpet, who looked into the tracking, kept me informed and were polite and most helpful.
They also included a cute little dog charm clip gift which was a lovely little touch.
I recommend Bestpet and will definitely be using them again.

I have purchased Frontline treatment for dogs and cats for many decades, so am very familiar with it.
Tempted by the very reasonable price, I purchased Frontline Plus Cat from BestPet UK in December 2025, and used it for the first time in January 2026. The outer box looked the same as usual, but the inner plastic individual packets looked different and, for the first time, needed to be cut open with a scissors. The actual pipettes of flea treatment didn't snap open as easily as usual, were a darker green than before, and not as transparent.
Foolishly, I assumed Boehringer Ingleheim, the manufacturer, had changed the packaging, and I applied the product to my cat. When I realised there were no reminder stickers in the box, I became suspicious, scrutinised all the packaging, began to worry, and sought help. I acquired three packets of the same product from friends, and purchased a packet from a reputable source, which confirmed my concerns were valid.
As advised by a vet, I repeatedly washed my cat's neck, and kept a close eye on him for a week. Thankfully, he showed no sign of adverse reactions, but has been grounded for a fortnight, until he can have Frontline from a trusted source applied.
If in any doubt, please follow guidance from gov.uk, or the Veterinary Medicines Directorate.

Purchased this on 23 Nov 25. Received an obviously fake product at a "too good to be true" price. Reported this to Bestpetuk who promised a full investigation (nothing further heard about that) and then to Boehringer Ingelheim who confirmed it was counterfeit. Refund received eventually after many emails and having to remind Bestpetuk of their responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid this seller.

Took well over 2 weeks to receive the pro-kolin despite being told 3-5 business days. Had to order an alternative from elsewhere in the meantime as my dog was unwell and couldn't wait.
On arrival the paste was so solid you couldn't push it out of the syringe, it was unusable. I've never had this problem with this product before.
Would not recommend and won't be using again.

Quick delivery, accurate description and impressive price.

Purchased frontline plus from this site at a discounted price. Recieved the treatment with outerpackaging with mistakes on it and internal packaging that was impossible to open. Finally opened, strong chemical smell unlike any having used the product for 8 years. Called Frontline who advised the product is indeed counterfeit. Unbenknownst to me, the governement have a PSA out for this exact product and issue (please review the .gov article on counterfeit flea products)

The products from this website entirely fulfill the flags the Gov website is warning of. Reports made to trading standards and the police.

Update: Felliway confirmed to me I was sold counterfeit product and they are now investigating.

What the title says. I ordered Felliway - what came was clearly counterfeit. I used to work in pharmaceuticals and specifically on spotting counterfeit goods - though it was such a bad imitation job that experience wasn't really needed. This is what I found, others should look out for the same:

1. I ordered two refills, but a three-box came.
2. The box is very blurry, clearly a bad printing job imitating Felliway. This incudes the expiry date, which is printed onto the box instead of stamped onto it as legitimate products are.
3. The box was not properly sealed – a line of glue around the lid.
4. The lot codes on the bottles and the back of the box do not match the correct format for a Felliway lot number. This one says ‘233C’, but the correct format is something like ‘304A2’.
5. I dabbed the counterfeit and a real product on the back of my hand – they smelled completely different. (not advised - god knows what I was smelling).

I reached out to the website to ask for a refund, or I would dispute the charge with my credit card provider, report them to Felliway, alert other customers on Trustpilot, and report them to the UK Action Fraud Centre. They never responded so I'm now proceeding with that.

Feliway refill not full of liquid therefore only lasted 2 weeks instead of 30 days
