Avoid this company for ordering anything.
I have placed an order on 26 june 2026 and they told me via whatsapp that i will be getting my order after 2-3 days.
My order was an iphone 14 pro max on instalments. They told me there would be just a down payment and the rest of the amount to be paid monthlywise via bank transfer. There would be no other charges. But just after i sent them down payment they asked me to pay for the air shipment. After i paid that here come the problem 1 after 1.

In many ports it was on hold and they charged me to pay the amount. If they are professional company they'd be transparent about every charges it'd take but they hide it from me.

Even when my order reached Oman suddenly they ask for
Delivery charge, license charge, warehouse charge, phone activation charge and so on. If there were all these charges they must've told me from the starting.

I have lost a lot of money and paid them double the price of the phone. And still didn't get the product after 10 days.

Very bad service, any other person would definitely say it's nothing other than a scam.

If there was a 0 star rating i would give them this.

Avoid this company like the plague. I order a refurbished phone from them, which I returned 2 days later, as the phone was faulty. I contacted them about the refund and used their return label. They asked me where I return the phone to and I replied that it could only be to them, because I used their return label. Next, they asked me to check the postcode I have sent it to, and it matched the postcode they sent me. The phone was sent through the Post Office and both the post code and address were correct. They told me that the phone had not been received, but I have tracked the delivery and it was delivered to them the next day. After a lot of wrangling with Amazon, they finally refunded me, but the refund was short by £50.00, despite the fact that the phone was sent to them in its original condition. I am now trying to get the rest of the money back, through Amazon. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them. You have been warned!

Fingers crossed for better results with the adjustment
