OMG, this company is one of the best I have worked with. The product was expensive but worth everything I paid. I haven't yet gotten the bobblehead delivered to the person I bought it for but I sure they will be pleased. The company kept me informed and showed me the bobblehead during each phase and made any changes I wanted to better resemble the pictures I sent. The final product is being prepared for shipment now and when it reaches the person I gifted it to I will again let everyone know if the recipient is as happy as I was with the likeness of the bobblehead. I can't imagine a different outcome. The customer service treated me like I was the only customer they had. You just don't get this level of customer service anymore. I just can't express my joy in working with this company and am planning to use them again in the future. Thanks to Bestfacegift for the wonderful experience. Don't want to forget to give praise to the wonderful artists that do the creation of the bobblehead. Keep up what you're doing.

The company sent my order on time and packaged really well so it didn’t break on the way to my house. The customer service has been great and responsive which I appreciate.
