Long phone conversation.
Two ladies were on their cell phones for at least 15 minutes at different times. One of them was in the front seat next to the driver.
They conversed in foreign languages. I am wondering they understand BestBus's is known for enforcing quiet and short conversation on the bus.
Maybe needs to educate riders on your website or have recorded announcement on the bus in different languages.

Really great bus experience
Took BestBus from New York to DC (Dupont Circle stop) on a Sunday afternoon and had very good service. Definitely a much better experience than Megabus and many of the other bus services on this route. Only complaints are that the wi-fi service sometimes wasn't so reliable, it was a little hard to find the bus in New York (no signage), and the dropoff at DC Union Station wasn't very efficient so that delayed us getting to Dupont Circle.

The bus left NYC on time and was clean and as comfortable as can be expected for a crowded bus.

No wi-fi...bummer!
The bus service is efficient, people are polite and very sincere in their service. No problem with this portion. Check in is efficient as well. I was bummed because wi-fi did not work on the way home. They tried rebooting twice to no avail. I just took a nap to pass the time. I think if they advertise that they have wi-fi and it doesn't work, there should be a discount of some sort.

Nice ride to DC
The bus stop is easy to find (convenient to get to), the ride went smoothly, staff was helpful and friendly. Departed on time. Happy with Best Bus

Great staff, nice buses and smooth sailing,
Had to travel from DC to NY last minute. Plane was going to cost $280 and train $200 and take between 3 to 5 hours all up. Best bus got me there in just over 4 hours for $30! Nice bus in new condition and great staff, couldn't be happier.

Great Bus Service!
Excellent bus service, very clean, a lovely helpful bus driver and excellent staff at the pick area!! Free wifi as well as outlets to charge your devices. Would recommend to any one!

I just wish it wasn't a bus
Just fine, for a bus. The one that stops in Silver Spring is much quicker than the one that stops at Union Station.

Virginia to NYC
I've gone round trip from Virginia to NYC 2 times. Each leg on each trip took at least 30 min longer than posted. Seats are small and I am grateful I always had an empty seat next to me. I will try to take the train next time. Drivers are friendly though.

The bus was delayed leaving from Springfield VA because of available seats for people who entered the bus at Springfield. The company need to do a better job at verifying everybody's ticket at the first location.
