Scam website 100% Sent them the money, never received my goods, never received a response from any of my emails. Website isn't even there anymore.

My first purchase
I ordered a glass product on Sunday and received it on Wednesday!! I live in a rural area so was particularly impressed with the delivery time. The product was packed in so much bubble wrap that it would have been impossible to break. The box was also bubble wrapped inside a bag labelled with several rows of tape displaying FRAGILE in large letters. Very impressive. The product itself is very nice and exactly as per the photo on the web page. They also threw in a packet of flavoured tobacco papers. Wow! I will be buying from this business again. Very pleased.

I was happy with the bong but spent 70…
I was happy with the bong but spent 70 dollars on the surprise box and got 7 faulty lighters that seem to work about 20 seconds then the top melts..four have done this so far with the last one exploding..so I am currently looking for a new supplier for future Agung replacement parts..any recommendations?

This is the first time we have had any reports of the lighters we sell malfunctioning or even exploding. Could you please send us an email with photos of the top melting and the lighter that exploded, this would really help us out and to ensure the safety of our customers by discontinuing the sale of any faulty products.

Everything is perfect and haven’t had any problems but one thing I don’t like is that you have to pay through bank transfer which could seem sketchy to someone who hasn’t bought off there before. But I don’t like it because it’s just a bit of a hassle

Unhappy is understatement ! Very poor quality and extremely poor communication. I will never use this online shop again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Not very professional at all !!!

As stated in the conversation we had and our terms and conditions, we do not allow returns for items that you do not want anymore months later. Returns are only allowed if you receive the wrong item or if it is broken / faulty and returned in the time frame of our returns policy which is 14 days.
