Best Agent Recenzje

Best Agent is a fantastic platform.

It's a great concept but wrong intentions. I discovered that the agents you see first are not the best agents as they suggest but rather the agents who pay and subscribe to be at the top no matter their rating. Is that not the opposite of what the site promises?

When i requested a valuation from the agent I wanted, it took her 3 days to get back to me and she explained that if she does not pay like those agents who appear at the top, she cannot view my request for 3 days. They withheld my information. How is that in service of the user? I almost thought she was just a bad agent but now i feel bad knowing it was the site i decided to use that made her appear that way.

I do not think i will use this ever again and I would recommend you think twice before trusting this site or at the very least, double check the information they give you.

Quick response from Marcelle and Scott hoping for the best for 2026

The fact that all reviews are verified.

Just a great experience.

It arrived that meant mor to me than anything with warmth goes on!!

Team DynamiK was extremely thorough and understanding of the sensitive nature of the sale and task that was put in front of them, being an estate late scenario. They were professional; helpful; informative and guided us every step of the way. We highly recommend them to all our friends and family.

Reese van Niekerk - Amazing Spaces was always available and went above and beyond to assist were she could. Could always approach her to assist with anything, even if it didn't even form part of her responsibilities as Agent. She was always polite, friendly and it was welcoming to talk to her about any issue encountered during the transfer. Very professional at all times and will surely love to work with her again.

I do not have a lot of experience with the company but I think the idea is great.

Go Homes has proudly been part of the Best Agent platform for over three years. This is the first—and currently only—platform designed specifically to empower sellers in their search for not just the best, but also the most ethical real estate professional to represent them in selling their property.
Studies have shown that potential sellers often observe and evaluate agents in their area for 12 to 18 months before choosing who to work with. Best Agent provides a valuable tool to streamline this decision-making process, offering access to authentic testimonials and real experiences from other sellers. This allows prospective clients to make informed choices based on proven service levels and results.
As a Durbanville-based residential sales agency, Go Homes highly values the support and exposure gained through Best Agent and we confidently encourage other agencies to consider joining this exceptional platform.

In our competitive and often cutthroat real estate industry, I value the existence of an independent platform like BestAgent. It empowers sellers and landlords to make informed decisions based on real feedback, which is essential in building trust from the very first interaction. I’ve found that using verified client reviews is far more powerful and authentic than any other form of marketing. It has become my preferred way to showcase the quality of service I offer.

I had a great experience with Marcel from BestAgent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. His enthusiasm and professionalism made me feel excited to sign up with BestAgent. Highly recommend working with him and BestAgent !

Thanks Marcel

The promotion and acknowledgement.

Best Agent is a creative initiative that allows Sellers to search for active agents in their area. This platform gives Property Practitioners extra, free exposure to the very people they want to be exposed to, namely Sellers. I had Sellers contacting me because I was listed as the number 1# Agent in the Stellenbosch area. I consequently signed a sole mandate and sold it. This is an excellent marketing tool for agents and I can highly recommend that anyone join.

Working with best agent has been amazing. It definitely helps with giving property practitioners additional exposure.

The agent in this matter, Yoricq, was very helpful during the process of the transfer and always ready to assist to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. He is highly recommended.

BestAgent is a game-changer! As someone passionate about real estate, I can confidently say this is the best way to provide an objective view of who the proven successful agents are. It’s transparent, professional, and incredibly easy to use. If you’re looking for a platform that truly highlights top-performing agents, this is it. Highly recommend! – Karin Strydom, Lekker Leef Eiendomme
