Ok! So I dare to pass comment on an incident that occurred in a "local shop" and thought I should inform the company that I had left a negative review. I receive a so so email from the MD, clearly skirting over the issue a little but in itself was ok.... I then open up my email today to find this belligerent email from a person I can only describe as lacking in basic manners! Sorry lovely if you cant take the heat of a bit of feed back leave your pooch at home or leave it to people who were brought up rather than dragged up! See it for yourself folks... and this is how you retain custom? Just remember this shower are people your handing over good money too.......

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. We do our very best to accommodate all of our customers and take customer service very seriously. However, due to the following, Best4ecigs will NOT be changing its dogs allowed policy, see below:

I'm sure if you have heard about the heartache and misery caused by a dog theft in Sainsbury's carpark. The owners left their two Chihuahuas locked up in the back of their SUV whilst they popped into Sainsbury's and they were stolen, even with the surveillance camera's being first class. They were the lucky ones, after a few weeks, with every animal lover in the Hinckley area looking for them thanks to social media, posters, adverts etc.. they eventually got them back after paying £4,000.00 in what can only be considered as blackmail due to the perpetrators remaining anonymous. Most are not that fortunate.

Dog theft is rife and as an animal-friendly company, we would not wish that pain on anyone. I state again, we will NOT be changing our policy, customers dogs will always be welcome into our stores, they will never be left to be tied up outside where a possible theft could take place!

This situation has never arisen before, where a dog has an 'accident' but as the saying goes 'never work with animals or children' because the unexpected can happen' as on this occasion. The mess was cleared up immediately by the Managing Director and air freshener was sprayed.

In closing, we have many, many customers who appreciate that they can bring their much-loved dogs into our stores and even more animal lovers that champion our decision. It certainly does not raise additional questions regarding our hygiene practices and to suggest it does is ludicrous! I understand you are not in that majority and as such, I wish you all the very best in the future in finding another Vape store as informative, friendly, convenient, price conscience and as well-stocked with the very latest e-liquids and hardware as ours.

Visited the newly opened Maypole shop in Birmingham on 1/7/19. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff member named Scott assisted me in the purchase of a basic smok unit which is great. good selection of juices available would definatley recommend this company.

I had already had experience with an ARC 4 vape unit and with the seller directly, so I knew what to expect from both, although this time I purchased the ARC5 kit. I was not disappointed with either. The product arrived quickly and well packaged and the ARC 5 is superior to the ARC 4. I would recommend both to anyone. However, since you asked for an honest opinion, I've already received and returned a review request from Best4ecigs and am not best pleased at being asked for another review.

Item hasn't ever arrived, no response to emails asking for updates or assistance.
