Run as fast as you can from this scam website. They will advertise on 3rd party websites the lowest ticket prices for sure...sometimes as much as 50% off compared to Expedia...etc....

The way the scam works: 1) Get you to book the super discount ticket and capture your credit card info. 2) You will get a call or email from a person with an Indian accent saying that your ticket is a "standby ticket" or they cannot guarantee your ticket and blame it on the Airline. The "standby ticket" scam part basically they tell you that you may not get on the flight on your booked day and time. Only if there is left over seats. 3) Then of course they offer you a FIRM ticket if you pay hundreds of dollars more. And they won't refund your original discounted ticket purchased...so you are stuck with them to lose your original purchase or pay hundreds more to get a real firm ticket. You end up paying more than if you booked it on Expedia or some other legitimate website.

Do not book with them and do not give out your credit card number to them!!!!

I just thought how wonderful the fare was and purchased it then I got calls and finally spoke with a agent with an accent, warning!! warning!!, he claimed that it was a promotional price, and the Air Canada does not include carry on just a personal item weighting 8 lbs. No choice to pay for carry on or luggage at the airport. No cancelations or refunds he stated per the fine print where he asked if I read all of it. The worst thing was he stated the fare was a flexible date and time. I got angry and said to him "that is not what the dates said. I picked out the exact date and time for my travel. Liars' liars. Don't fall for the fake trap of the website. I got what I should have known better. I travel several times a year and would NEVER pick a flexible date and time on airfare.

Where do I start about these despicable people. Found a good price, paid our money and received the conformation e/mail stating agreed price etc.. That's where the con starts!!!. Next morning a sleeze ball called Jimmy rang saying they had booked the flights but baggage was another £350 EACH. I Pointed out to Jimmy we were flying Air India and baggage was included, but he insisted it wasn't, so I asked for a full refund. He rang the next day to say there was no refunds and we pay the £1050 extra or lose our money, I again refused and stated again I wanted a refund. Later he rang to tell me it wasn't baggage they had no option but to book the return flight as business class and that was only £850 more, again I refused and rang Air India who confirmed no flights had been booked in my name and to contact our bank immediately. Slime ball Jommy then rang again and when I told him what Air India had stated he became abusive then claimed their system had not been updated and it would register the next day, it didn't!!!!. Jimmy then rang again with the high pressure sales, stating we could not have a refund and pay extra or lose everything pitch, again I refused. After at least 20 phone calls to these people and several hours being pressured into giving more money with the varying excuses becoming wilder and wilder they eventually agreed to refund my money. Didn't happen!! After two deadline extensions for the refund nothing has been refunded, so I've had to contact my bank to reclaim the monies they defrauded from us.
So to summarise these people are the lowest form of humanity and the site is nothing more than click bait. Please do not get taken in by these criminals, they will have your money and will provide nothing, not even a refund. The trip to India was a once in a lifetime trip for our disabled daughter, so if your reading Jimmy you #### may you and your company go burn in hell

2 billets achetés pour le concert de Céline DION, qui devait se dérouler à Prague le 22/06/2022, pour un montant de 292,00€.
Malgré plus de 20 relances, je n'ai jamais eu de remboursement ni de billets...
Site fermé, et j'ai perdu la totalité de la somme et mon temps.
Et à partir du moment où je suis tombé sur la montagne d'avis négatifs, j'ai compris que ce n'était qu'une grosse arnaque.

Aucune réaction à de nombreuses demandes envoyées à leur service “support » en vue d’obtenir une remboursement de mes places du concert Stromae qui a été annulé en 2022!!!

Booked a flight then 2 hours later, I was told that I bought a "stand by" ticket and if I still wanted this flight I would have to pay $100 more. I was then told I had restrictions for this flight. No luggage at all and I wouldn't be able to pick my seat. I argued then finally hung up and called my credit card company. This is a fraudulent company. I hope more people read this prior to using the company.

Cela fait plus d’un an que je demande le remboursement de 5 places325€ pour Stromae en 2022. AuCUNE réaction de leur part. C’est DES VOLEURS. Le comble c’est que sur mon profil le dossier indique « en cours de traitement ». A FUIR BEST TICKET

Un an et des tas de demandes de remboursement après l’annulation du concert de Stromae et toujours aucune réaction de Best Tickets! Ce sont des arnaqueurs et des voleurs!!! À éviter absolument

Tickets pour ColdPlay le 22 juin 2024 commandés et payés en Juillet 2023 jamais arrivés. Plusieurs mails sans réponse avant la date du concert et à ce jour toujours pas de réponse suite à une demande de remboursement... Ce site est sans doute une création pour des anarques!

j'ai commandé 4 tickets pour le consert de coldplay 23 juin et je n'ai rien reçu. Merci beaucoup à euh des arnaquer qui vous pique votre argent . j'ai pas sue aller au consert de se soir du coup 780 euros de perdu. je ne conseille pas se site à personne sauf si vous voulez perdre de l'argent

Billet pour Coldplay acheté en juillet 2023 pour le concert du 23juin 2024 à Lyon prix 378€ et aucun billet reçu…ne surtout rien acheté sur ce site le patron est un escroc

Des voleurs, ne surtout pas utiliser.
J’ai perdu CHF 2300.- avec eux.
Jamais reçu nos tickets pour ce soir à Lyon avec une bande de 12 copains. Et plus aucune nouvelles de ces bandits.

Je suis avec ma femme est mon fils pour Coldplay pour anniversaire est noël j habite Le Havre donc beaucoup de route on est 6h du concert de Coldplay aucune place aucun retour malgré plusieurs mail je suis écœuré

J’ai acheter 2 billets pour le concert de Coldplay de ce soir, je viens d’arriver à Lyon après 3h de route et malheureusement je n’ai toujours pas reçu mes billets!

Scam Alert !!! This company charges a low fee then calls back and say those tickets are for standby and we need to pay 4X the original fee of $370. Stay clear of this company !

DO NOT GO NEAR this travel site! I recently purchased a round trip ticket through them. They did not send the airline confirmation #, as they stated verbally,they would. At a minimum, 4 attempts were made by me, following the booking agents x4 written and oral instructions, After hours spent on the phone with them, I, 4 days later, still was not given the airline 6-digit code. Instead, after countless “so-called” escalations, over the 4 days, they said rather than the price they sold me the tickets for, and issued to me, giving me only, “the agency confirmation #”, my price would be double or more, and offered me ridiculous flight times and routes, with countless extra hours to reach my desired destination. If you cancel, they charge you! BEWARE, and use another REPUTABLE booking site!

I was making a reservation online on 4/16/2024.I filled out all the information for a round trip ticket from Oregon to New Jersey . I included my credit card number but decided to call before finalizing it. When I called I found out the s was a standby ticket , it said moth ng about that on the form
I told him I didn't want it and took my credit card number off the form. An hr later Evelyn calls me and tells me it's gonna be 400 dollars more! I told her again I didn't want the ticket and she said it's non refundable and you can't back out of it m and I said well you can't more than double the price. Anyway don't use these people. Hopefully I got my credit card number off there in time. If not I will deal with the credit card company on it. And oh yeah I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and guess who I got . That's right Evelyn. You can't cancel but they can more than double the price.

J'ai 4 places pour le concert de céline Dion. Il a été reporté plusieurs fois. J'ai demandé le remboursement et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse! J'ai meme menacé de prendre un avocat! Tjr rien! C'est une honte Il faut vraiment faire fermer ce site

Evitez ce site à tout prix !!! Ce sont des arnaqueurs et des voleurs. Ils ne vous envoient pas les tickets et ne vous remboursent pas
Les messages au service client sont sans réponse et le courrier de réclamation envoyé au siège à Londres m'est revenu. Entreprise inconnue ?!?!
Ne soyez pas le prochain arnaqué....FUYEZ et DIFFUSEZ à vos proches.
