I took a huge amount from my retreat with Lynn. She helped find me the most beautiful accommodation to compliment the deep work during the week, alongside lovely massage treatments. Lynn is warm, insightful and healing. Thank you very much for such an important time of growth, healing and reflection.

My stay at Nest Cottage was deeply relaxing and restorative.

I loved all the stylish touches—from the beautiful cushions to the heavy, draped bedroom curtains. The private garden and pond were idyllic; it was such a treat to watch the birds dipping into the water to cool off. The cottage is small and bijou, but perfectly suited for a five-day getaway for one or two people.

Spending time with Lynn each day was both eye-opening and transformative. We explored several healing modalities, and by the end of my stay, I had found clarity and direction for my future. Lynn’s deep knowledge, sharp intuition, and genuine understanding helped guide me through the process. She skilfully drew on a variety of techniques to help me relax, be present, and engage fully in the healing journey.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Lynn at Nest Cottage, and I left feeling more focused, balanced, and inspired.

Having had little idea of what to expect, I was delighted at my retreat experience. The place was calm and nourishing, just what I needed. The guidance and help that I received from Lynn was extraordinary. I would thoroughly recommend the whole experience.

I was looking for somewhere to retreat with 1:1 time with someone who could help unblock some things I was facing. I found Lynn’s website and was drawn to contact her after reading her amazing reviews. As soon I contacted Lynn she was quick to respond and set up a call. When we spoke, she was so compassionate and listened intently to what I needed. I felt she really cared. We discussed together what would be the best retreat options for me. I decided on an in person 3 day retreat. The accommodation was beautiful and tranquil which was just what I needed. Lynn was an absolute delight. She was warm, energetic and very empathetic. I am a certified coach who decided to try a retreat and reached out to various companies. I came across the testimonial of one of Lynn's clients, who expressed great satisfaction with the results. This prompted me to contact her, and we successfully arranged the retreat. Lynn was the only one able to accommodate my request on short notice and offered a truly unique location. The hotel was exceptional, featuring a swimming pool, yoga classes, golf, and delicious food.

My experience was remarkable, filled with mixed emotions. Lynn's energy is pure, overflowing with love and compassion. Each day introduced different techniques, some of which I was familiar with, but her approach made them challenging in a good way. On the last day, we worked on a technique I had never encountered before, and the results were astonishing. I was genuinely shocked by the effectiveness. Additionally, Lynn is incredibly generous with her time and knowledge, which is increasingly rare these days. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to work on personal development.

Lynn welcomed me with such warmth. The three days has covered a lot of ground, giving me techniques to overcome trauma and to look at grief, through a different perspective. I've been able to find some peace to what has come to pass and I feel hopeful about the future. I was out of sync when I arrived and restless, not knowing how to process my emotions or stay grounded in the moment. Lynn enabled me to access ways of staying calm, connected, liberated and free from constriction. I would thoroughly recommend Lynn - she has healing hands and tunes in to what's really going on underneath the surface. I wasn’t sure what to expect on my retreat with Lynn as I felt I had so much grief and anxiety that I had stored in my mind & body over a period of years.
Lynn had recognised from the start that I was very much in my head and I was prone to intellectualising my feelings as a form of defence. She worked for three days using different approaches through guided meditations, her energy work and other more subtle healing processes. The second day was extremely powerful and Lynn was supportive whilst I worked my way through deep grief. My third day was beautiful and has stayed with me, in fact, I revisit that magical place when I meditate now.
At times Lynn did challenge me, initially I was somewhat hesitant to go further but her experience and trust supported me through this.
I am still ‘processing’ so much that came up for me and I feel so much calmer, stronger in the sense that I can allow my vulnerability with understanding now.
I’m so thankful to Lynn and hope to work with her in the future.💜

I had the most wonderful solo retreat hosted by Lynn. I reached out feeling as though I needed to rest, recover and reconnect with myself after some difficult times. I left feel renewed and with a firm sense of self that I have never felt before. I have so much clarity now and I can't thank Lynn enough for the tools and techniques she has shown me that I will continue to use in the future. Everything was totally bespoke to what was coming up for me in the moment which was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

I talked, walked, wrote and read. I relaxed and rested, and did deep work.

I nourished myself and healed myself, educated myself and grew. Through Lynn's care and wisdom I have been guided back to my true self. I leave feeling fulfilled on a soul level and full of hope for the future.

Thank you Lynn for providing the sanctuary and structure I needed. You told me before the retreat you had a rough plan for our time together and it would evolve and adapt guided by myself and what came up, it was a true lesson for me in letting go of control and trusting the process. No matter what I had in mind for this retreat, the journey and outcome was far better than I could have hoped.

I went into my 2 week retreat with Lynn feeling stuck and depleted, and holding a great deal of residual pain following the loss of my son to a long battle with cancer 5 years ago. I left feeling renewed and restored in body, mind, heart and spirit, and with a sense of how to move forward with my life in a fulfilling and purposeful way.

Lynn offers a truly personalised programme, in which she adapts a variety of healing and therapeutic modalities to the needs of the individual client. This approach, combined with her warmth, compassion, intelligence, practicality, and deep care and commitment, make for a uniquely curative experience. She took care of every detail of my stay - from arranging for a lovely beach cottage overlooking the sea, to bringing in excellent complimentary bodywork therapists, yoga instructors and even a sound healer, to organising all my meals. She was also extremely receptive to any feedback.

But above all, Lynn is a very talented and intuitive healer, with tremendous generosity of spirit. I know that I will carry forward meaningful benefits from the time with her. This was without a doubt the best investment I could have made in myself and my well-being.

I did a retreat with Lynn last week, which included 3 two hour sessions with her over 3 days. It was my first time meeting Lynn. I found the experience exceptionally beneficial. I've had some challenges in my personal life over the past 4-6 months, and I found Lynn's energy healing helped me to get back to my normal way of thinking, and elevated me to a new level that I have not experienced previously. I have decided to continue working with Lynn, and I guess that's the real testament to how highly I rate her. Thank you Lynn, for everything.

Exceptional, and truly bespoke
I needed to get some deep rest while grieving after a traumatic experience. This was the perfect service and I can’t recommend Lynn highly enough

What I loved about Lynns work is that it is not about trawling over the past it is about moving forward. I’m a 59 year old woman, I've known for years how I became the person I am, and I knew the changes I needed to make to improve my life, but I’ve found it difficult to do so, and even sabotaged myself. A big part of my inability to move forward were unresolved issues of my past, things I cannot change; over the years, though I’ve sought help for the recurring inner turmoil to leave the past behind, I was unable to do so. Coming out of Lynn’s retreat a week ago, for the first time ever, I feel lighter, stiller, and more content about me; I’ve been Kintsugi’d, (the Japanese art repairing broken pottery or glass with gold); my past is not changed, the cracks are all still there, but I understand myself better, I feel whole, I value and respect myself more; I’ve been equipped with the tools to do the work I need to do, to learn and improve my life for the better. Going on this bespoke retreat is the best investment I have ever made in myself.

Lynn guided me to get in touch with myself and revisit the senses that arose in me a long time ago, that were immobilised within me and I’d forgotten how to access. As a result, I’ve since been able to honour this little girl and fly higher over the past, walk into and around it, be sad, smile at it. So that I can both hold it close and leave it alone.

I’m so touched by Lynn’s compassion, I will never forget our time together.

I lost my mother 3 months ago. This was my first retreat and I didn’t know what to expect. I just knew I wanted some time to myself. Lynn & her Bespoke Retreat turned out to be exactly what I needed.
The accommodation I chose suited my needs perfectly. So peaceful, calm and relaxing. She even organized a juice detox per my request, which was so delicious. She was able to meet my every need fully and helped me in so many ways and on so many levels.
I looked forward to meeting Lynn everyday and our sessions always felt too short, because time just flew when we were together. She is very knowledgeable, gifted and experienced in her fields. Such an amazing soul. I feel blessed to have been able to work with her.
My future now looks so much brighter thanks to Lynn. I’m excited to journey this new path in my life. I will forever be indebted to her.

The treehouse in Ramsdean was modern, clean and well laid out. The downside was that there wasn’t any views as it was built right up against a clump of trees which made it very dark…and as we couldn’t see anything from our balcony it was quite boring. Also there were two other lodges located close buy which took away the feeling of it being a retreat. It felt more like a Haven holiday lodge setting.
We cut short out two night break as the weather was very bad too wet to do anything except get wet. We decided not to complete our sessions with Lynn as we we felt our style and hers were not very compatible.
We shall explore other retreats in the future and we have a better idea of what to expect from both a location and a practitioner.

The week I spent with Lynn at the retreat was exactly what I needed after losing my amazing big brother last year. Her warmth and compassion was unlike any other treatment I’ve had as well as her holistic and spiritual practices that have transformed the way I will now go through the journey of grief. I couldn’t recommend her work and retreats enough to anyone struggling to find their way after loss.
