Poor communication, taken my money but no acknowledgment of the order or indication of dispatch date, very poor. Wished I’d looked on TP before placing the order CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. Still waiting. Customer service has thanked me twice for my patience, but blames shipping. It's summer tops, so hope I get it before Autumn! Would suggest caution unless delivery times of no concern.

Seems like i fell into same trap as others. Took ages to arrive, very thin shorts, no where near what advertised. Sizes are way off. Also will cost more to return. Least I bought via PayPal so might get a refund

Want to return for refund, shorts come from China and nothing like advertising, took ages to arrive and terrible quality when they arrived, don't buy these shorts or believe any of the feedback, these shorts are horrible.

Ordered shorts for holiday. Shorts arrived after we’d left and in meantime purchased elsewhere. Contacted to return as webpage says you can do.
Simple email “I want to return the products as they arrived after I’d gone on holiday “
Response “ we are sorry our product did not meet your expectations , please send a photo of the product, the delivery label, the tracking number and order number.” I did this. Response “ we are sorry our product did not meet your expectations, we’d like to offer you a 20% refund and you can keep the goods - sound ok?”
This could not be any more of a simple refund request. I can see I’m not going to get further. AVOID. Untrustworthy

Order took ages to arrive and when it did it's nothing like what was advertised with extra stretch. Have contacted 3 times to ask for return and not had a reply - probably not worth returning as I'll have to pay postage.
Don't waste your money.

2 weeks before the order was processed, cancelled & eventually received a partial refund, don't waste your money...

I contacted Beseecho.com because I never received my confirmation email
They contacted me straight back got my order details and sorted my problem ASAP
And confirmed to me my order was being shipped shortly
I will leave another review once my shorts arrive

I wanted 3 pairs of tactical cargo shorts which are offered with 25% discount but the website only allows you to buy 3 of the same colour. You can buy theme one at a time but then no discount.

DO NOT BUY. Just received my order from what was supposed to be beseecho products. Not stretch and doesn't look like the advertised shorts. Feel and look like a cheap Chinese knock off which is of course where they are made. Branded as outdoor equipment. Made from 100% polyester, I will put this down to experience. Not really worth returning.

I've had nothing but a good experience....from ordering, through constant tracking emails and then delivery of a great product.

The shorts I bought fit perfectly and are great quality....just as advertised

I will definitely be buying again

Buying cargo style shorts advertised as stretch material and end up being just standard nylon stuff. Buying from what you think is the UK ends up taking 2 weeks to arrive direct from China.
Avoid if you can not great.

No sign of my order for 3 x pairs of cargo shorts, it's very telling that you cannot contact anyone on either of their so called contacts, 'service at beseecho.com' or the welsh based UK office email, 'support at iirmnc.com'

100% Avoid, items advertised do not match items received, quality is shocking and nothing like the pictures / videos.

This is also not a US or UK company, all items come from China. Requested refund but don't hold out much hope.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BESEECHO/STORE 01 IN CHINA

I bought a pair of shorts. They didn't arrive. I emailed the company, they said the shorts had been returned due to an incomplete address and there was nothing they could do. Turns out EVRI lost the package and then found it a few days ago. The address was fine. The shorts as expected after reading all the reviews were very bad quality.

Sent out items are totally different from what they show and off very poor quality and returning items are to be sent to china not the address on there website which is in Pontypridd Wales stay away from this website it is a total scam

Absolutely terrible customer service experience with Beseecho Clothing.

I have repeatedly contacted this company regarding my order and refund request, yet they have consistently failed to respond to emails in a timely manner, if at all. Despite providing all the information requested, my issue remains unresolved and no refund has been issued.

The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic updates or answers. When problems arise, a reputable business should take responsibility, communicate clearly, and process refunds promptly. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Beseecho Clothing.

At this point, it feels like they are deliberately ignoring customer concerns rather than resolving them. The entire process has been stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Poor communication, poor customer support, and an unresolved refund issue. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Took advantage of an offer for two pairs of work style cargo pants.
After a long wait to receive them, about 4 weeks, they arrived and the fit was not like in the pics. They were also too big for me. So I contacted them asking for an exchange of full refund. Offered 30% refund and keep the goods. I explained that they don’t fit and so they are of no use to me.
Since that time they ignore emails and will not refund my items.
Avoid this company. All goods from China not the uk as implied in their advertising.

Really good quality shorts very comfortable and so much room in the pockets

The garments I ordered are bang on, they do the job I wanted them for. the order was easy to do, it took about a fortnight to be delivered, i took advantage of the offer of buying two pairs & im very impressed with them & i would highly recommend these to my friends, as the saying goes "it does what it says on the tin" 👌
