J'ai acheté un serveur qui n'existe toujours pas ! Ça fait 2-3h depuis l'achat, le serveur est toujours en cours d'installation, j'ai contacté le service client sans aucune réponse ! Je pense que je me suis fait arnaquer, je ne recommande pas du tout.

I purchased a rental for server hosting in the game Palworld. The server wouldn't work with anything other than a brand new / default world. Staff was unable to help and didn't reply for 2+ days after one attempt to give me a guide. The website says just contact them if you have any issues. The website advertises 'no life support' insinuating that they will be quick to reply and are always around. Now I am having to open a paypal complaint. It's only $7 but man, what a terrible experience trying to support a small company.

We use Berry byte for our Arma Reforger server and we had no issues today being fully populated and even got DDoSed and they blocked it right away.

First let me start with good experience. Did use this company service with minecraft game panel 2024 for month or two. Everything was great.

Now, did try to get 8Gb+ Minecraft game panel on date 12.08.2025 (only for 1 month). During payment there was some kind of error in communication with paypal, berrybyte and my card bank, 19.95EUR was lost in transition (bank did not have information, paypal was stuck and could not log in, berrybytes customer service did not answer). I was stuck, during all that did try to get money (another 19.95EUR on profile account via card payment, while this "will be taking care of with customer support ", at least i thought so ).Then it created not 1 but 2 invoice (like it created 2 orders instead of 1 ; it was invoices to put money on berrybyte billing panel for your choice of future investvent on their site).

I did pay both of em cause i was in little bit of hurry with setting server running and giving my past experience, which was great i did not think of it as big problem.
On 14.08.2025 game panel was created and i was using it. BUT it did not show on billing panel as my services and even now, when i write it 20 days later it still is not.

At 12.08.2025 i created 1 support ticket with explaining my problem with that first 19,95EUR vanishing.
And at 13.08.2025 i created another support ticket for that double Invoices.
Till this date i did not get any reply of any berrybyte support nor employee.

Which was paid immediately from my account on billing panel which had 19.95EUR.

Considering i got no option on billing panel to deactivate my services i am unable to do anything beside opening another ticket of my wish of cutting all ties with berrybyte for good.
And writing my experience somewhere else, here.

Conclusion.
As of this day i lost 3x 19.95Eur
(As of now i do not even care of refunding it, i just want to get out of their hands)
I did try but just can not find any support.
My decision at start was rushed which got me in first problem, but no matter how you look at it, no one did not contact me.*

server went down, staff read messages and dont reply. PLEASE avoid its a horrible experience and youll waste your money

My server its down right now because it has many errors, i never mod it or change any file.
I opened tickets in their site and in discord, taking too much time to get a fix or answer. Once i get support or repair I may change this experience.

The website and game panel are one of the prettiest I've seen. The owner is professional and really helpful, which is surprising at this scale. The 5950X CPUs they use in their nodes are INSANE! I have never seen my chunks generate this fast, even on higher end CPUs! I guess that's the upside of having water-cooled servers and dedicated logical cores - constant turbo performance. Insane. If you're still considering - BUY one of their game servers! You won't regret it.

Servers are super unreliable, multiple instances of having to manually reboot our VPS. Opened support ticket, no response or resolution. Do not recommend if you want anything with stability.

I got a48h free server trial. I put in my card info and me and 3 friends played almost 35-50 each on it from Monday till Thursday night technically Friday morning at 3am. I assumed because the 48 hours had passed that I was charged to continue playing as I got no notification of the 48h window closing or any kind of notice at all. I wake up Friday morning to log in and the server is gone. Without any notice or even an option to renew the server it was terminated. I went forward to ask in their discord server and there website for help submitting tickets in both places, as well as asking for help on Reddit. The mods replied to me saying they would help on discord first(nothing was done), the discord mod referred the case to the owner of BerryByte because he is the one who has the authorization to migrate servers. No reply for the entire weekend except the owner apologizing for the lack of any notice on Reddit. On Monday I still get no reply so I blew up the public support chat on discord which only gets maybe 2-3 messages a day the mods do not seem like they are busy with support issues. Finally today Tuesday I get a reply asking for information this morning, the owner said he will look for the backup and get it taken care of however it is now 7 hours later and still nothing has been done. I am only writing this review because of the apparent lack of care/priority as it’s been 5 days now with no change in the issue. I’m hoping that in a desire to have me change or remove this review they will actually do something.

Zero out of ten! Have been waiting 4 days for a response on my ticket and the chat! havent been able to play for more than 5 minutes and then get kicked out of the game! Did not have a problem with the customer service at first it was fantastic! Now I cannot get a reply and it says they were on 7 hours ago!

Great Customer Service , Got my problem fixed and answered quickly and waited with me till we got it working for a fact.

Great hosting, even greater support! I hosted my club's minecraft server for a bit. Easily navigable console, straightforward website, flexible controls. Even the cheapest plan (the one I was on) delivered exactly what it promised and more. I did a lot of research before settling on them, nd I didn't regret my choice one bit.

Please don't get popular and change, stay good even as you grow.

Quality server, and the customer service is super good.

Cant get Rust server past Rcon,. chat bubble on web page gets no answer. Help ticket on Discord gets no answer. Asking questions in Discord channels gets no answers. Gave me a free month but now cant connect to the server. The service is garbage. who cares if you give a free month if it takes 3hrs to over 24hrs to answer a help ticket for a server that was set up wrong to start with.

For me the best part has been the support team , whenever I had a question or need help in general I always got a quick response. The server runs very smooth for me and that’s never been a problem for me

I'm new to hosting a dedicated server. I didn't know what I was doing. Came across berrybyte on Google. I tried it out and at first it was rough. I did the 6.99 package. But then I upgraded to lunaris package and it's been a flawless experience. The customer service is S tier. They answer all my pleb questions and go above and beyond. Big shout out to Imad. Keep doing your thing bro. This service is lit!

Have a palworld server. I myself no nothing when it comes to servers and setting ECT. But the people are quick to answer any questions and even full on fix things when needed. Server works good ..we have had a lot people on at once with no lag and only a few crashes. But I think those are more tied to palworld then berrybyte. Would recommend

this is the best customer support or something around I have ever got would defiantly recommend
