Hacen un buen trabajo , cuando se hace una reserva ellos llaman directamente a los propietarios para preguntarles si esta la habitacion disponible y en poco tiempo sales de dudas tambien te recomiendan otras que te puedan interesar . Yo estoy contenta y lo recomiendo .

Es muy útil y de confianza si tenes que hacer un alquiler y aún no estás en la ciudad. Siempre conviene hacer reservas a las más actualizadas ya que las otras suelen no tener disponibilidad. La atte de los chicos que trabajan es muy buena.

Great personal help, but the apartement that I wanted and supposed to be available turned out to be fully booked anyway during the definitive phone call with the landlord.
The alternative I got offered is also really nice though.

Ha sido una experiencia terrible.
Beroomers a puesto fotos del alojamiento que no corresponden con la habitación. Me han vendido una habitación con baño privado por un precio y al llegar al piso me he llevado la terrible sorpresa que la habitación no tiene baño propio.
Externe mi inquietud y molestia a Beroomers y a la agencia inmobiliaria pues he pagado doble comisión y ambos se han quitado de problema echándole la culpa al otro. Sin resolver nada y sin ofrecer ninguna compensación a cambio. A sido una terrible decepción y este sitio no es de fiar para futuras reservas.

Excelente gestión, amable y gran trato personal y muy eficaces.
Lo recomiendo.

Acceptable, room to improve operational efficiency

Found an apartment in a day, but some of the apartments were already occupied and were wrongly free according to the website (Ofcourse it’s the landlord that should’ve update it, but still annoying and thats why 4 instead of five stars).. The help I got was excellent!

You guys know how to treat customers! I had problems with my booking, as the flat was double booked. However, you guys helped me to manage it. Diego, I really appreciate your work, THANK YOU so much for your help! You even helped me in your free time,wow. And the second person I was in contact with, Carlos, was really nice as well. I will recommend you to all my friends! Thanks for being great.
