This company is a complete fraud and can transfer huge amount of money without your agreement. They won't refund it and refuse any amicable solution. Be careful.

Ero alla ricerca di una stanza a Madrid, ma la cosa si stava facendo complicata dato che ricevevo soltanto risposte negative dalle varie richeste che avevo fatto. Grazie ad Ambra di Beroomers sono riuscito a trovare la soluzione migliore per me. Lei è sempre stata disponibile e simpatica nonostante mi abbia dovuto sopportare per un mese intero. Posso affermare che è sicuramente la migliore di tutto lo staff.

I was searching for a room in Madrid, but it was kind of difficult cause all of my requests were deniend. Thanks to Ambra of Beroomers, I found the best solution for me, she was really nice with me in all the period while we were searching the house. She is the best one of the whole staff.

Mi experiencia de esta empresa es une decepcion : falsas informaciones administrativas me fueron proporcionadas para obtener mi pagamento.
Para reservar une habitacion, fue claramente escrito que yo tenia 48h para anular mi decision y recuperar integralemente mi pagamento
Al querer anular mi reserva, dentro del plazo de 48h, se me mencionaron informaciones diferentes para no devolverme mis pagos aunque yo no pude visitar la habitacion.

FRANÇAIS :
Mon expérience de cette entreprise est très décevante : des informations administratives erronées m’ont été fournies pour obtenir mon paiement.
Pour réserver une chambre, il m’a été clairement écrit qu’un délai de rétractation de 48h permettait d’annuler ma réservation et de récupérer l'intégralité des paiements.
Lors de l'annulation de la réservation, dans le délai de 48h, de nouvelles informations m'ont été fournies pour ne pas réaliser le remboursement. J’étais obligé de payer alors que je n’avais pas pu visiter le logement.

ENGLISH:
The point where my opinion is very negative concerns false administrative information given to obtain my payment.
To book my room it was clearly stated that I have 48h to cancel the deal and I will obtain a complete refund.
When I ask for the booking cancellation, within the allotted time, new administrative information were given to block the refund. I had to pay when I did not have a chance to visit the flat.

LOVED this site. Safe was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He took initiative and answered all of our original questions before we even asked them - with every flat. His responses were nearly immediate and very informative.

The site felt very honest and didn't pressure me to keep returning. I was able to do things at my own pace, and help was always available.

Would definitely recommend. Start your search early so you can have the most options available, and definitely reach out to their team. Could not be more pleased. Will post another review once I move in!

There is a ton of things to choose from in the web site and active help from the chat, but I my booking failed 3 times because the owners did not update the availability of the apartments / rooms when they were scheduled. Therefore, the experience was frustrating and consumed me quite longer than expected to book a room, as every time that I booked the owners had 2 working days to confirm and accept the booking. That said, only in the first occasion that actually happened and in the other two times they took from some minutes to a few hours. Overall, great if you are looking for diversity and if you have time to the booking and are not pressured by deadlines.
