I would rate this company zero!! Absolute charlatans. I am still waiting for my order, they said it was on way but nothing arrived. They apologised and blamed the courier service and said they would send me another order. I have received nothing and keep getting fobbed off with a problems with courier service. I have asked for a refund and they keep replying please wait for your order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is an utter disgrace.
Absolute rubbish product.
I paid by Klarna 3 x monthly payment, I stopped payment via them explaining why.
I have a refund now.

I waited 3 weeks for my £19.99 order to arrive.
I know my correct bra size to the millimetre, but this bunch of charlatans sent me bras which wouldn’t fit a 13 year old & insist that I ordered the wrong size not that they were flogging incorrect sizes to their unsuspecting customers.
They have offered me a derisory £6 refund & suggested I keep the bras or sell them as sending them back to China would be prohibitively expensive. I’d like to know where their .co.uk address comes from if in fact this company is based in China or USA or anywhere else they say they are based. It’s time UK Trading Standards took a stand against these fraudsters😡

Exactly the same experience as everyone avoid at all costs. Sent wrong items offered me £2 refund on £20 order that I waited 3 weeks for material is like a j cloth no support and wrong size. Said I could return to China even though they advertise as a UK company but I would have to pay to send back.which they said would be expensive. And now their advert has disappeared so I cant leave a bad review.Absolutely scandalous they need reporting to trading standards. This is their latest email from them.

Absolutely shocking customer service.

I placed and paid for an order that was advertised, however I keep getting "updates" on the progress of the order, I am constantly asking where the order is and have even asked if this was a scam, they state that its the couriers, but after reading your reviews I don't think its coming, I am annoyed as I have asked for my goods

Ignore the 1 star, this company doesn’t deserve that!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! The product (bra x3) are utter rubbish! Cheap fabric and offer ZERO support. I ordered 36E and got sent Large, this was WAY too small! I’m so annoyed at myself for being taken in by the advert. Lesson learned!!!

Do not use this company. Still waiting for an order from 27 June. It’s now 16 August. No tracking since 26 July. They refuse to refund me.

Wish I had checked here first. Terrible Bras no support. Made in China. Charged me £25 too. My return window passed. Got sucked in with their advert. Dont buy

Avoid this company. Nothing they sell is true to size
If you order a bra and you are a 38DD then order a 42EE or something as the 38DD is tiny. They didn’t want to know when I tried to tell them all they said was they are true to size and we can give you £2 off - absolute joke - customer service zero avoid!!

First, they charged me £25 instead of £19.99. When I asked why, they just refunded the extra £5 without explanation — very suspicious.

When I received the bras, I was shocked — they are clearly designed for a flat chest, and I wear 74DD. I asked for a return label to get a refund, but instead they kept offering me £2, then £4, now £6 to keep the items. I clearly stated I want a full refund and to return this useless lingerie, which is huge in band size but tiny in the cup.

They are deliberately wasting time so that the 14-day return window passes and they can avoid issuing a refund. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

RIP OFF company…,,,,overcharged for order keep saying refund has been issued but still not received after 3 weeks …. Still waiting for order not a UK company as made out to be

Asked for returns address so I could get a refund as I was not happy with my purchase. They eventually offered me £3 on a £26 purchase. Will not give me refund instructions

Items too small. Wrong colour. Leads you to believe a British company. Stated 2 to 3 days delivery. Took 3 weeks. Does not also state VAT is added on top of the original price. Not good quality. Did not meet expectations as advertised.

Very unprofessional company. Fabric is poor quality like a sling. Asked for a refund and they refused and offered£3. Tasteless.
Try to avoid them.

Ordered tops in a size bigger than I need. I am size 14/16 and ordered 16-20 for comfort. Cannot even get them on. No way the correct sizing. Refused a refund. Offered £5 to spend on other items. Wouldn’t spend any money with them again.

Absolutely awful. Item ordered was too small even though the range was 3 sizes and mine was the smallest. The policy was to exchange but when trying they refused initally and offered a £3 refund on a £30 order. Then went to PP and they agreed to refund if I sent back to China. I am waiting but looking at other reviews am not holding my breath as the office seems to dissapear on delivery!! If you check out the items on their web page they do not have them for long either. If you buy do not expect a replacement or refund.

Absolutely disgusting. They make you believe you are buying from a UK company. You are NOT. Ordered 5 tops - straight away they took £20 extra from my bank than the advertised price. Arrived after nearly 3 weeks - their sizes (XL fits loose fit 12-16) I’m a 12 and they were skin tight. Contacted for return address and refund. Will NOT issue address- offered me £7 tops keep the tops and basically go away! The tops are of no use whatsoever. Asked on 3 more occasions for return address to receive a refund- they will not give you this . Do NOT waste your time or money with these people. It’s a fraudulent business!! Wish I’d checked the site out out first and not fallen for their misleading, fraudulent advertising of being a UK company.

I bought one of the lady electric razors from this company and I am extremely disappointed. The quality is awful — not only does it feel cheap, but it actually cut my skin during use. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and their response was shockingly unhelpful. They offered me a £3 refund on a £20 product, which is insulting given the injury and inconvenience. On top of that, they expected me to pay for the return shipping, which they admitted would cost more than the item itself. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I will never buy from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them too. Not worth the risk or the hassle.

This company presented as if they were UK-based but seems to be based in China. Neither did they make it clear that VAT would be added, nor did they even show this on my order/invoice and it was only clear later on my Paypal account. My order took two and a half weeks to arrive. My electrical item, which was advertised as having a UK had a 2-prong (Chinese?) plug and is unusable in the UK. I wanted to return it and for them to supply me with one I ordered, but they told me that return postage costs to China would be too high so they could only offer a tiny refund! In the end, Paypal intervened, so they offered me a refund, but only on the condition that I pay the return postage to China! They did not seem to grasp their error or responsibility to put it right. I would never deal with this company again and strongly advise others to avoid.
