My experience with Berkeley Hair Clinic was fantastic. The communication with Sean throughout the process has been great and the team carrying out the procedure were very professional, talented and helpful. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I was initially worried about the procedure but after meeting the team and going through with the process I am so glad I’ve done it. They team were friendly, professional, and the transplant was incredibly well done. Ended up healing faster than expected and looks natural (would also fully recommend the sushi for lunch)

During the initial consultation Sean was fully informative of what was to come. It provided comfort knowing that he had also been through the procedure.

On the day of the procedure Sean was first to greet me and settled my nerves. Dr Thomas was calm and reassuring as were his team, all of whom were friendly and made me feel at ease. A good choice of food was available for dinner and the day seemed to go quickly.

After the procedure I sent daily pictures to Sean who reviewed and reported back to me. Sean seemed to be available at all times, including weekends and evenings.

I feel from the initial consultation to finish (10 days after the procedure) I have been well looked after. Sean has asked me to stay in touch over the next 18 months to provide updates and photos, I have no doubt that the aftercare service will continue to be as good as the service received so far.

I’m 15 days on from having my hair transplant! And what can I say? Wow!

I would recommend Berkeley Hair Clinic to anyone who is looking for a hair transplant. From my initial consultation with Sean to the day of my procedure I felt comfortable and was reassured by Sean and Dr Thomas and any questions I had he answered they put my mind at ease!

On the day of the procedure the nerves were running high, but after running through everything again with Sean and Dr Thomas my mind was put to ease! The procedure went amazingly and the results are out of this world and I feel like I’ve got my confidence back after struggling with hair loss since my mid twenties!

A few months ago, after careful thought, I came to the conclusion that the time had come for me to think strongly about having a hair transplant.

After careful research, I decided to take the plunge and visit the team at the Berkeley Hair Clinic in Derby.

In my initial consultation, after meeting Shaun and Dr. Thomas, I decided that Berkeley Hair Clinic was definitely the one for me. They reassured me and talked me through the procedure from start to finish & they answered every single question that I could think of in a very friendly & professional manner.

On the day of my FUE transplant, I was introduced again by Shaun to Dr. Thomas and his amazing team. I was reassured and felt at ease from the very beginning of the procedure right to the very end.

The whole experience was fairly painless & everything went according to plan and lunch was really nice.

The aftercare was thoroughly explained and I was given a kit with easy to follow day by day instructions. I was in communication every day with Shaun, providing the required photographs on my progress & he reassured me that everything was going well. I'm nearly two weeks in now and everything is as it should be.

I can't thank Sean, Dr. Thomas and the team enough for what they have done for me.

Great surgeon great staff great hair transplant

Great experience. Currently passed 1-month mark post transplant and it is already starting to take shape. Big thanks to Dr. Dayah, Caj, Bernadette, Donna, Jodie , Bose and everyone involved who were very professional, accommodating and have done a fantastic job.

I was instantly impressed and put as ease when talking through all my concerns with Caj at the oxford clinic - Nothing ever seemed too much or too many questions even if i asked the same one multiple times.
The overall experience i had was a perfect and the level of care and customer service that the entire team gave was impeccable i honestly couldnt have asked for a nice group to help me gain my confidence back.

My surgeon was Dr Dayah and he was in the room for most of the time even though he was necessarily needed the whole time it helps put your mind at ease knowing the surgeon is there the whole time

If you are thinking about it then i honestly would recommend stop debating it as the early you can do it the quicker you can gain some confidence back.

Although it will be some months before the full effect is visible, I’ve been impressed so far by what they have done. Highly recommended.

Don’t usually bother writing reviews but feel like I should for this.
Went with Berkeley Hair Clinic for a transplant and honestly they were spot on from start to finish. I was pretty sceptical at the beginning (mainly worried it wouldn’t work or I’d regret it), but after speaking with Caj that changed pretty quickly. He wasn’t pushy at all, just answered everything properly and gave me time to think. Didn’t feel like a sales pitch which I appreciated.
Also had a quick call with Dr Dyer before booking which helped a lot – just talked through what he’d do and what would actually suit me, nothing over the top.
On the day I was defo a bit nervous walking in, but that faded fast. Everyone was really professional and just knew what they were doing. We spent a decent amount of time designing the hairline which I didn’t expect tbh, they kept adjusting it until it looked right which gave me a lot of confidence.
Procedure itself was about 5 hours. Not gonna lie the injections weren’t great, but apart from that it was pretty much pain free. Didn’t feel uncomfortable otherwise.
Aftercare has probably been the biggest thing though. First few days are a bit stressful because you’re paranoid about touching it, but Caj checked in with me every day at the start and kept answering questions whenever I had them. Even now, months later, I can still message him and he replies which you don’t really expect.
Results so far have been anazing. I love my new hairline and it’s still early days (only been 4 months) but my hairline already looks incredible and there’s more to come.
Looking back it felt like a big decision at the time, but now it just feels like something I should’ve done sooner.
Would 100% go back if I had to do it again. Proper good experience all round - thanks Caj, Dr dyer and team!

I had a really positive experience with Caj. From the initial consultation, he was attentive, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout. He was also able to find a procedure date that suited me at short notice, which I really appreciated!

He also then clearly explained all the pre-procedure instructions, so I knew exactly what to expect and how to prepare. On the day of the procedure, Caj was incredibly kind, caring, and reassuring, which made a big difference in helping me feel at ease.
