Being disabled is always very difficult to go anywhere without help. From the first moment of entering Bents accompanied by a very elderly gentleman of nearly 94, we could not have wished for better help and service. Wheelchairs at the ready and waiting with our name on, we made our way to the restaurant. A reserved card allowed us to go and choose something delicious to eat ensuring we could return to the table of our choice. The staff serving the food and drinks, never once allowed me to carry a single item, they were simply wonderful. Squadron Leader Roy Handley and I, sincerely are deeply grateful to everyone that ensured we had a superb time, at what is a truly fantastic garden centre.

I visited yesterday evening with my daughter and decided to try the tapas for a change .
What a delight!
The food was excellent and matched by the service!
It was a pleasure to meet the chef who brought the food - his enthusiasm for his work shone through and made the meal all the more enjoyable!

This was my first order with Bents online. I had a couple of problems due to damage in transit, caused by rough handling of the packages. However, the reponse from the Bents customer service people in resolving the issues was first class. I would have no hesitation in buying again from Bents.

Still not received my order which was an Easter present.

My order came in three boxes, liquid in 5L bottles. They could have been wrapped better, one box had split and another a bit bashed. Not enough padding and more packing tape around would have helped.

Went to Bents yesterday for a walk around with my husband and the staff were all lovely the place is laid out lovely, But let me tell you about lunch; We went to the Tapas bar. We sat in the outside area and the gentleman behind the till gave me the heater remote is case there was chill, which i thought was very kind. We ordered 5 dishes, Hummus, pardon peppers, mushrooms, croquette and chorizo and all dishes were fantastic, couldn't find fault with any of them, I had a large Latte and my husband had a large glass of white wine and our whole lunch came to just over £40.00, which i think is a great price as all the dishes were perfect and we will be coming back soon. Thank you to the lovely Gentleman behind the till and all the restaurant staff for making our afternoon out a lovely one.

Bents delivered my garden furniture early,on the date specified,driver was very helpful& pleasant.

Ordering on line was very quick and easy. An email followed giving me a delivery date and time slot between 9 - 5. I would have expected to receive some notification of an approximate delivery time on the day. The driver telephoned to let me know that he was around 20 minutes away. No problem with the actual delivery I just feel at least a morning or afternoon time would help.

I bought an afternoon tea for two for my mum. It's arrived on a lovely card and to say she is delighted is an understatement. Bents is her favourite hang out place in the whole world so I have to go along with it!
