Having shopped around I purchased a workshop in the Spring from Bentley's, Not the cheapest of sheds around but one of the best quality ones I saw.

Shed was delivered and erected on time, only minor problem was they were a bit short on the ridge covering however they came back within a couple of days to fit it.

I had decided to build a log store on the side of the shed, so it would match the shed I actually ordered some additional wood from Bentley's who subsequently organised this through the manufacturer. I then changed the design at the last minute and ended up speaking to the manufacturer because it was such short notice. I explained what I wanted to do and they not only accommodated my needs but when the shed and wood was delivered they had added certain bits which I hadn't thought about to make it all blend in, best part was these were added FOC ! .

Anybody who has seen the workshop has commented on the build quality which I must admit is excellent.

Good quality shed that was delivered on time and well assembled. Some of the staff are polite, however some of the staff are also rude.

Poor experience, I bought a workshop for around £4000 and asked for advice about a suitable base, I was shown a shallow wooden base and after asking about cost and durability compared to a slab base. I was advised that the wood base was fit for purpose and there was no need to spend the extra money on a slab base. In the scheme of things the extra cost for slabs was not that great. What they don't tell you is that the wooden base means the shed sits around 10 inches above ground.
This is no good for getting heavy things in and out of the shed. Poor administration, wrong size base delivered. Very poor.

Fantastic product but-
I was told the time scale for delivery & erecting the shed would be around 6 weeks. They would send me a form to fill in within days of the purchase, this had to be returned promptly, they would then make contact & arrange delivery. The form turned up 2 weeks later and was promptly returned. After not hearing from them for another 4 weeks I decided to call them, after a number of further calls they confirmed the shed would be delivered & erected at 11am the following Saturday. You can imagine our surprise when they decided to get us out of bed at 7.30 am.on Saturday.
On reflection because they never called me once, I'm left feeling that if I didn't make the calls & push for them to do what they had promised, I might still be waiting for the shed now.

We are extremely pleased with our new garden building. It is perfect for our needs. It is well constructed and looks great. The Company delivered on time and the building was quickly erected without any problems whatsoever. The people who erected the building were very professional, proficient and courteous and left the site in a tidy state. We are so pleased that we are now planning for another summerhouse from the same Company.

We are now the proud owners of a fantastic 8.4m x 3.7m Lugarde log cabin by Bentleys. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble. The design service is great, you can build your own cabin from scratch, choosing windows, doors, colours etc.
We changed our design twice before we got it just as we wanted it. Great communication via email and phone. Super customer service!
The carpenters who put it together were amazing! It was done in 2 days! The quality and finishing is wonderful, fully insulated floor and roof, top quality double glazed windows and doors.
We highly recommend Bentleys! They are brilliant.

Excellent service, the date they gave was within the 6 weeks. Very professional young men(two) that put the building up. Our summer house looks amazing! We would highly recommend you to our freinds and family. In fact our in laws bought a very big shed and potting shed later.

Bentley's were brilliant from the start to finish - I wanted an irregular shaped shed and they were able to assist. Taking my order and then delivery and installation was all very slick and impressive. I am very happy with my new shed!
