Leider zu spät die Shop-Bewertung geprüft: Rücksendung quasi unmöglich, der Rücksendeschein wird von dpd nicht akzeptiert, Antwort vom Kundenservice bekommt man nicht, wenn man wissen möchte, wie man eine Rücksendung tätigt. Sende das Paket nun auf eigene Kosten zurück und hoffe auf Rückerstattung. Ich werde in meinem ganzen Leben nichts mehr bei diesem Shop bestellen und rate allen davon ab!

Just been into New Ben Sherman store at Springfields Spalding.
I was the only customer in the shop,browsed for a number of minutes and passed all staff,3 in total and not once was I acknowledged or even looked at.
From what I could hear from there converstion they were complaining about another customer not being very nice.....I'm not surprised and will not be going back.

Good product but customer service not replying and no option to phone or complain. I returned a wrongly sized t shirt and reordered so they’ve had 2x my money. They won’t respond or refund despite an earlier email promising refund within 3-5 days.
Proceed with caution unless you know your size for definite as their return/customer service is appalling.

Let a review on here for Ben Sherman purchased a polo shirt August 14th and the delivery was not within 48 hours as stated and now it has a hole in the front of it and i have only worn it twice.Had Super Dry,Barbour,Ted Baker polo shirts all before and i have never in 35 years had a hole in the front of my polo shirt appear and some have lasted me 12 months plus.Never again Ben Sherman as the quality just isnt there.From Damon Moffatt.Order Number: BS295304.

Eigentlich würde ich null Sterne geben. Auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet. Eine Rücksendung ist nicht so einfach möglich. Die Homepage ist so enttäuschend, als dass der Kunde überhaupt keine vernünftigen oder schlüssigen Schritte tätigen kann, um eine Retour anzumelden. Hat man es dann endlich geschafft, wird die Bestellnummer nicht akzeptiert. Schrecklich. Einmal und nie wieder Ben Sherman.de. Empfehle niemanden dort einzukaufen, dem sein Geld und Zeit lieb ist.

Product quality is terrible. Material in the last Harrington jacket I bought was shocking, worn through in a few months with brownish patches showing through. This was to replace another one that looked awful after about a dozen wears. On both these garments and on a cardigan the zips were really cheap and kept jamming.
Material on shirts was thin and again terrible quality.
This used to be a great brand with excellent quality products. Sad to see how bad they are now.

Keinerlei Rückmeldungen auf die Emails, falsche Angaben auf dem auszudruckendem Rücksendeschein (je 20 € zuwenig für jedes Shirt). Ich rate ab hier zu bestellen!

Seit ich Waren im Internet bestelle, also ca seit 25 Jahren, habe ich noch nie so schlechte Erfahrungen mit einem Online Shop gemacht.
Die bestellten Schuhe wurden in der falschen Größe geliefert und dann ging die Odyssee los.
Nach vielen vergangen Wochen und zahlreichen erfolglosen Kontaktversuchen, meldete ich einen Fall bei E-Bay. Es gingen wieder einige Wochen ins Land, aber so wie es aussieht, bekomme ich jetzt bald mein Geld zurück.
Der teure Versand nach GB ist dabei leider mein Verlust, obwohl der Fehler mit den falschen Schuhen bei Ben Sherman lag. Ich rate von einem Kauf aus Deutschland ab, sowohl Ben Sherman als auch der Dienstleister Global-e antworten nicht.
Irreführend ist auch das der Shop deutsch aussieht und eine De Endung hat.
Die Waren kommen aber aus GB und Retouren sind fast unmöglich.

Absolutely appalling non existent customer service.
Faulty stitching on expensive pair of shoes.
Still awaiting a satisfactory conclusion from Ben Sherman. It’s ridiculous.

Seit Anfang März versuche ich Schuhe zu reklamieren, allerdings erreicht man den Kundenservice nicht, lediglich eine Antwortmail erhält man, wonach sich der Service so schnell wie möglich melden wird. Aber Nein, dass tut er nicht. Niemals würde ich hier wieder etwas bestellen.
Hier kann ich nur Jedem von abraten!!!

Sent back part order and I know they have received it back by the delivery firm. At this point it’s been two week from sending it back and I’ve had no confirmation and still waiting for a refund. I’ve already emailed them but like others say had no answer. All ways liked the brand but customer service is totally S..T. Get your act together and send me my refund. And won’t be buying anymore from you

Das Sortiment geht immer mehr weg von der oldschool Stammkundschaft zu irgendwelchem modernen Hipsterscheißdreck.

I'm in the process of sending some slippers back and your not making things simple for a refund. I buy, you make things extremely easy for me to send back it's as simple as that if not I've got a big problem. This seems to be the only way that certain companies will contact you after a bad review. I would of bought a bigger size but I just can't be bothered if you can't be bothered. Worst customer service. Order was damaged in transit. They don’t answer customer service line or answer emails. Go elsewhere.

I have to give them one star, but they don't deserve even that. Worst customer service l have ever experienced, they don't answer their emails and their customer service number is fake, it doesn't work. They take payment but don't send the goods, buy from anywhere else.

Received wrong item due to their mistake. Sent item back. Takes so long to get a refund sorted. Considering it was their error. They've confirmed they have had it back but now have to wait even longer for them to process it.
Had much better experiences with other retailers.
Just be prepared for a long wait on a refund if they send wrong item

Slippers brand new were defective and Since it was a Final sale item they would not take them back.. CHEAP QUALITY AT A PREMIUM PRICE! Sunglasses were missing from my order as well. I used to Love the brand Ben Sherman, but now they've cut corners and use cheap materials, and kept the prices the same, if not more. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!! Buyer's Beware!

Brought the Ben Sherman Blue Sport Silicone Strap Smart Watch for £65 from Argos with 30 day return/repair policy - digital display broke 35 days in. Ugly vertical lines which change throughout the day and range from annoying to rendering the watch unusable. Avoid the watch like the plague, pay a little extra elsewhere and get something that lasts.

Recently bought a pair of strum school shoes. First pair lasted a month before the sole decided to part from the shoes.
MandM direct refunded and supplied a new pair....6 weeks later and the same thing has happened again ! Definitely not the quality I am used to from Ben Sherman ! Obviously things move on.. sometimes not for the better !
No more Ben Sherman shoes for us !!!

Faites attention car les retours ou échanges pour l’international est un racket.
Ils ne remboursent ni le transport ni les taxes douanières, donc si vous commandez une autre taille vous payez 2 fois les frais de douane et le transport.
Sans compter le transport à vos frais pour retourner la marchandise de la mauvaise taille
