Saw ad in airline magazine. Knew my husband will love the Holdall. The design, practicality and the fact it's handmade in UK. Hardest choice was choosing which colour (I love the olive but he's a navy lover). Ordered the navy Holdall for his birthday. He loves it, great quality and beautifully packaged. Prompt service and delivery to Australia.

Canvas bag meh. Both bags too small
I sent this e-mail in before. I had tried to make it by the store while in London to see products first hand but they were closed over the holiday. Both of the products were smaller than I had hoped and thus much less functional for me. One Barbour coat would fill up the "Weekender" bag and the canvas bag I had selected did not look near as fancy as the price paid for it. Also, my large shoes only fit in shoe cubby of bag by being crammed/bent in. This bag just was not worth the cost. I also ordered the suede briefcase, and while very nice and high quality, it was not big enough to be functional for daily use if you have to carry more than just a few files for work. I also would have preferred for it to have more storage pockets. For the premium prices, just did not check enough boxes

Sizing and materials aren't issues we've experienced in the past - 42 litres on a weekender is quite substantial, and our bonded cotton canvas is a technical material that develops it's own patina in time thanks to being made from a natural fibre.
Sizing of course is very important, and we always want to take your views into account, so I have passed on your comments to our creative director. If you're ever near the store, please do pop in and see us and we can always show you something with more capacity in a different material that might suit your needs better.

Perfect New Work Bag
I purchased the tote bag in black leather. I had been looking for a new work bag, but did not want to get something traditional like a briefcase and refuse to use a backpack. The black tote is an expertly crafted all purpose bag that is seeing use both in and outside of work.
