From the moment I walked in, Ashley the sales rep made me and my husband feel welcome. He greeted us both with a lovely smile and a handshake. He gave us the time to browse through the vehicles at our own pace. He offered to test drive multiple cars until we found the right one. Great customer service experience with Benmarks from start to finish. Friendly, professional and made to feel welcome while finance application was sorted on a Friday afternoon. Very clean and well kept location/facilities for a car dealer garage too. We travelled 3 hours to Benmarks, worth the whole experience and a perfect vehicle as a result - Thank you Mark, we highly recommend Benmarks Motors without hesitation!
