I was trying to think of a unique gift for a work Christmas party. I was able to take one of my co-workers faces and put it on a magazine cover with some funny sayings on it. I was concerned that I wouldn't get it in time because I did not choose the expedited shipping. So I reached out to customer service and each step of the way they were amazing. Every time I emailed them they responded immediately. And they were able to get me my item in time for my work party. The quality of the item I ordered came out even better than I was expecting!! For the price I wasn't expecting it to be the quality canvas that it was. I would recommend this to anyone. And I plan on ordering more Christmas gifts from this company!!

My Blanket came out beautiful!! The pictures are very clear and vibrant. Also the blanket is so very soft. Very happy with the purchase.

Ordered an engagement ornament. The ornament was exactly as described online. The recipients love it. Customer service was very responsive.

The process was super simple. The end result was incredible. It looks great inside the home. The only thing you have to pay attention to when doing your submission, which I'm glad I caught and I didn't just recklessly submit, is ensure you're paying attention to the order of the photos as you submit them to ensure the best possible outcome. She does offer flexibility for any edits or changes that you may want to happen once she sends you the preview. So you don't get something that you don't want would highly recommend

I ordered this for a friend/ coworker who had to have her baby put to sleep. He was 15 yrs old and she had him all of those 15 years. She absolutely loved it and it brought tears to her. Thank you for an amazing gift for her in remembrance of her baby.

The website appears to be a scam. All\nThe phone numbers are disconnected in locations are fake , especially the one in longmont colorado , which comes up as a marriott hotel and not a place of business. I wouldn't Risk my money buying something because the only way to get a hold of them is via email.

I ordered from benicee for me & my girlfriends anniversary, the item around very fast & was exactly as pictured! i’d recommend them to anyone!! 100/10 experience

While looking on Amazon for a unique birthday gift I decided on a blanket with our boxer's pictures. Tho more costly than others I'm THRILLED with the result. I was skeptical, and concerned, when I didn't have easy access to customer service, but found those fears eased when I did receive answers to my emails. Benicee was able to take the pictures of Apollo that I'd included and put them on this WONDERFUL blanket. My husband WILL BE OVER-THE-MOON when he gets this for his 83nrd birthday. I'm no longer skeptical - I'm thrilled.

I’ve used this company quite a few times to send gifts to friends who have lost their beloved pets and they never disappoint. They come out exactly as shown in the site and they do a great job. I highly recommend them for personalized gifts!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The customer service was fantastic and the order process was quick and easy. I was very happy with the unique idea and I received my canvas in perfect condition. The only thing that I didn't anticipate was that the images look a bit grainy. That could be because the images are on canvas. I expected them to look like the image they sent for me to review, which was crystal clear. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and an awesome gift. My husband loved it and I would highly recommend using this company.

I had a gift from my kids for Mother’s Day. I somehow misplaced it. I was so upset about this and thought it was gone for good. Then I found a picture of it. It was their star charts with their names and birth dates. I sent this picture to Benicee’s customer service representatives asking if they could duplicate it. Let me tell you they made it to the “T”
The original was on a heavy construction like paper in cellophane. I kept saying I was going to frame and forgot. This one came on canvas framed. It’s so beautiful the kids are grown now and this is the variation I’m sure they would have given me today.

I saw the website on instagram. I am very pleased with their product and response time with questions I had . I highly recommend Benicee Shop .

🚨 BUYER BEWARE 🚨

Just had the most frustrating experience with Benicee, I ordered a custom product with a specific song title, and they got the song completely WRONG. When I contacted them about this obvious error, their response was essentially "you should have caught our mistake."

Let me get this straight - I pay good money for a custom product, provide the correct song title, and somehow it's MY responsibility to proofread THEIR work? They're claiming I should have used their "preview" feature to catch their error, but here's the thing: when you input the song title correctly, you expect the company to use that information correctly.

Their "solution"? A measly 10% off my next order. As if I would ever order from them again after this experience! I get 15% off for writing this review.

The lack of accountability is astounding. Instead of owning their mistake, they're deflecting blame onto the customer. For the premium price I paid, I expected basic competency - getting the song title right shouldn't be too much to ask.

Save your money and go elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that actually stand behind their work and don't blame customers for their own mistakes.
