The quality of the items, be it a bag, jacket or belt, is top quality. They take such pride in their items and the work that goes into the items. Everything is amazing! My leather jacket from my trip to Italy…
My leather jacket from my trip to Italy got stolen last year in Mexico. Ben and his team were able to quickly make me a brand new one and turned it around so quickly! They are the best, truly. Amazing classic designs, the best quality. I have Ben’s shoes as well. I love all of his stuff. You cannot go wrong with this company and their products. Can’t say enough good things.

Warranty offered is not real. Inner lining not repairable.
Bought some leather shoes for €400 1.5 years ago and was told I had lifetime warranty for repairs. I was told today by email that that is "assistance", and will cost €80 for a resole, and that the inner lining is not repairable.

After wearing a pair of shoes for 18 months and walking in them until they are completely worn out, do you really think that Ferragamo, Gucci, or Prada would give you a brand-new pair for free? Even though their shoes cost at least €1,500?
We are a serious and honest company. NO ONE “told you something” verbally, because words are just words. We provide a written certificate, and everything is clearly stated on our website.
Within 60 days, if the issue is related to our craftsmanship, we replace the shoes free of charge. AFTER 60 DAYS, we guarantee lifetime assistance.
As you wrote yourself, after 18 months — around 600 days — you walked kilometers and kilometers in them. The sole is completely worn out and has even reached the inner lining.
Our company offered to replace the sole for €80, which is our actual cost. We did not charge you for shipping, which would normally be at least €100 round trip between Italy and the UK. We also covered the customs duties. Despite this, you chose to leave a damaging and unnecessary review.
We do not give in to pressure, nor do we allow ourselves to be threatened so easily. After 18 months of wear, NO COMPANY IN THE WORLD would provide the level of service we are offering.
So here is our challenge, and we accept the consequences:
Show us an example of a better warranty for shoes than ours, and we will gladly give you two pairs of shoes for free.
We remain at your disposal.

Leather Jacket Dream Comes True
On a vacation to Florence, my wife and I went to Benhearts to buy a leather jacket that I had eyed on their website. Luana showed me the jacket and explained the options (goat or lamb leather). Ben Heart was actually in the store and took it upon himself to measure me for the new jacket . I am 6’2” and wear 3XL US size. Three weeks later, I received the softest, finest brown leather jacket that you could imagine- dreams do come true :)

Beautiful color and bag! Craftsmanship is amazing. I was introduced to this brand on a trip to Florence in 2024 and love the leather jacket I originally purchased there. Thrilled to add a backpack to my small collection and hope to be back soon for a bag, wallet, and belt. You can't go wrong with Benheart leather!

Benhearts Customer Service is great! I had a wrongly customised leather jacket from Benhearts, and within a month, Giuliano from Benhearts managed to help me customised a new jacket and sent it to my doorstep. He was very helpful, kind and offered many suggestions to help me in my journey!

Customer service in the shop as well as through mail (Lara and Giuliano) was amazing. The leather jacket I bought is beautiful and you can feel the quality of the material. It’s not cheap but you understand why.
