Review: Avoid this store at all costs! I received a completely incorrect product that does not match my order. According to their own Terms and Conditions, the store should cover the return shipping costs in case of their error. Instead, they are forcing me to pay for expensive shipping to China.
Crucially, the package I received was shipped from a warehouse in Poland, yet they refuse to accept a local return. This is a common tactic to discourage customers from seeking refunds. Customer service is unhelpful and ignores their own policies. I have not been able to recover my money. Truly a dishonest company.

Opinia: Zdecydowanie odradzam zakupy w Benditmoda.com. Otrzymałem produkt niezgodny z zamówieniem. Mimo że regulamin sklepu wyraźnie mówi, iż w przypadku błędu sprzedawcy koszt przesyłki zwrotnej pokrywa sklep, obsługa narzuca mi opłacenie bardzo drogiej paczki do Chin.
Co ciekawe, paczka przyszła do mnie z adresu w Polsce, ale sklep odmawia przyjęcia zwrotu na ten sam adres. To celowe wprowadzanie klienta w błąd i utrudnianie odzyskania pieniędzy. Kontakt z obsługą jest fatalny, a moje środki przepadły. Omijajcie ten sklep z daleka!
