Chris was fantastic in making sure the house was good for us upon move in. Time management was good, everything got done when he said it would. After we moved in they made sure maintenance came to fix anything that was there from before we moved in.
Would have preferred dealing with only 1 broker but instead had to coordinate between 2. Contract needed editing but got through it after some back and forth.

Easy to communicate with our agent Chris. Really patient and understanding to our requirements. A wholesome professional experience, a very rare scenario with the current agents in the market.

My formed tenancy contract was about to expire and had like 2 weeks to find a new place. I looked around and found a great place close to Downtown, Paid the deposit, and waited for the tenancy contract. Sadly the company I wanted to rent an apartment from was a scam company that took 3k AED deposit from me. At that point, I had a big problem - 3 days before my contract expiration. (there were many things in my apartment to move out!)
Luckily for me, I found Benchmark agent - Nicolas Bittar who was a game changer in my crisis situation.

In just 3 days all was ready - new apartment, contract, payments, etc. The apartment he showed me is even better than I expected. Nicolas contacted me every day during these 3 days and informed me about the progress with my contract (3 days for all formalities for the private building owner was an extremely short time - the owner of the building was saying that applications are reviewed in 2 weeks' time).

Furthermore, he was calling all the time to employees which were working for the building owner to speed the process up as he was totally aware of my situation.
I have been here in Dubai for 3 years and this is my 3rd contract as I love to change the place every year. I am ma sure the next property I will rent from Nicolas as he is extremally professional in what he is doing and helped my a lot!
