Sono sempre stato restio ad acquistare on line, Ben ti fa sentire a tuo agio, non ti pressa è perfettamente presente senza essere insistente, ti da tutte le informazioni necessarie, ti segue dalla scelta alla spedizione, guardi l'orologio,chiedi info, parli del prezzo e della spedizione, paghi e dopo un giorno dal ricevimento del denaro ti arriva l'orologio.
Ero titubante ma leggendo le sue recensioni devo dire che tutto è stato perfetto e sono contentissimo del mio acquisto.
In poche parole eccezionale, tornerò sicuramente ad acquistare da lui.

The seller is very punctual and professional. The watch I bought, Ulysse Nardin Sonata, is very complicated, so I asked him a lot of questions and asked him to send me a lot of videos confirming how all the functions of the watch work.
He also did a timegrapher test especially for me to confirm the accuracy of the movement.
Ben very accurately described the condition of the watch. Yes, they are not new, but they are in exactly the same condition as he described. Almost perfect condition.
The set also included a box, all documents and souvenirs: everything is in excellent condition.
The seller can be trusted and his estimate is very accurate.
I was afraid at first to buy such an expensive watch online, but the seller showed me that it can be done well. The watch arrived 2 days after shipping and I did not pay any customs duties or additional costs. Excellent packaging.
