PT Sessions
Before meeting Ben, I had never set foot in a gym and was quite nervous about starting. I was recommended to him, and from our very first session, he made me feel completely at ease. Ben took the time to adapt exercises to suit my ability and helped me build both physical strength and confidence.
I now go to see him once or twice a week, and I've developed a range of new skills that support my fitness journey. Thanks to Ben’s guidance, I’ve seen real changes in my body, including weight loss, and I feel much more comfortable in his gym environment.
Ben is always open to adjusting exercises if I find something difficult, and he never makes me feel uncomfortable for needing extra help. The sessions fly by, and he’s always supportive, even when he needs to demonstrate something more than once!
