I've been waiting two months for my package literally 8 weeks. I can not believe the impossibilities of getting ahold of this company. I can't call them and I just have to wait for replies via social media. I was also charged way more in my debit than the amount stated on my receipt with no explanation. Hoping to hear from the only guy that works there, Sir Alvin. Hopefully he can explain the extra charges and do something to correct this issue and poor experience. I honestly won't ever buy anything from here again.

Based on our email exchanges, I have already communicated with our manufacturer to find out what happened. It seems your order is being returned to us for some reasons. Great customer support
I would have to say the customer support for the company was excellent. Responded quick and politely to me when I received my incorrect order. Luckily for them I am very patient person so time to receive my correct item was no problem. The exchange of emails between Alvin( customer support)was very professional. They kept me updated and wanted to make sure they got things right.

Wrong Item Received
Ordered a custom t-shirt in mid-May. I knew it would be a bit of a wait to receive. Tracking showed it was delivered, but I actually didn't receive it until 3 days after. That may be more of a complaint towards the shipper (DHL/USPS). What I did receive was someone else's custom bathing suit. Not what I ordered. I contacted Customer Service (who has not responded tu o my last email) but they advised me that they do not do refunds on custom orders. They can re-do the item. In my case, I needed my item by a certain timeframe (why I ordered when I did), which I will now miss because the item will have to be recreated (who knows how long it will take). It's a shame that Beloved won't eat the costs for their mistakes and make their customers suffer. Lesson learned.
EDIT: upgraded to 2 stars. I wrote reviews online about my experience and magically was refunded for my entire purchase. Funny how policies can change. Whoever is looking for a bathing suit with a blonde's face on it - I have it. Maybe you have my shirt 🤷♀️

We just found out that our manufacturer moved factories; hence, there were delays and mistakes with the production process. Unfortunately, your order was affected - and we're truly sorry about that.
It is indeed our policy to never refund custom items due to their unique nature. And instead of a refund, a remake would be the solution. Apparently, in your case, we just want to take care of you and we have informed our manufacturer about this to prevent the same mistake from happening again.

Finally, I got a response from this company that did not include excuses, badgering and placing the blame on the customer. Had I received this treatment from the beginning, my experience would have been totally different. The company does need to let their customers know that most of their products are sourced from China and not Utah.

Never got my Order
Never got my Order - Customer Service went dark on me.
I inquired about my order status and they got back to me within 24 hours. I told them That I absolutely needed my order by a certain date, and had paid for expedited shipping. They came back to me and said they didn't even have my order number in the system, and they would get back to me with an update. I've emailed them asking for an update and so far, they've gone dark. I'd better have my swimsuit in my hand by Wednesday night (in 2 days), or I'll need a refund. I'm so disappointed in this company after reading so many great reviews. Unfortunately, I definitely did not have the same experience with customer service.

Customer Service has gotten back to me. Turns out, not only was my order lost, but I was charged twice from a system glitch. I understand that these things happen, but If I had not reached out to customer service, I would've been $95 down the drain.
Willing to update the review once the full refund, including expedited shipping, is in my account. I'm incredibly disappointed.

Beloved are amazing
Beloved are amazing. This is the 3rd custom tank I have ordered from them, and the 3rd time they have been fantastic. Images are super clearly printed and they are happy to make even minor adjustments to make sure customers are 100% satisifed. Customer service is outstanding. Cant say enough good things!

Product not as described
The product I received was not as described. The stitching was white on black, the fit was odd and there was no label whatsoever on the shirt. . .
The fabric was also not cotton as described but some weird polyesterish material. Again, no label so no idea what it is made of.
I wrote a review stating all of this on their website and mysteriously they didn’t post the review.

Thank you for reaching out to us and we truly apologize for this inconvenience. This is definitely a manufacturer's error and we're more than happy to proceed with a replacement.
For the fabric, we do use polyester (on almost all of our products) since we use sublimation printing. It is the perfect material to use since sublimation only works 100% with polyester fabrics. Some of our products, however, come with poly-cotton blends. The label, on the other hand, is also something we are currently looking at. We just switch manufacturers and it seems there is some work to fix.

Made a purchase a few days ago
Made a purchase a few days ago, never got a confirmation, don't have an order number, but they took my money. Also, the "contact us" and "order tracking" functions on their website don't work.
Upgraded to three stars for their quick response to this and resolution of this issue for me. They still need to get their website and notification processes working correctly.
UPDATE: It's now been about two weeks since allegedly shipping my order; the website order tracking form still doesn't work and I can't find any evidence that my order is actually on the way. The USPS tracking system shows it as "awaiting package" - i.e., it hasn't actually been shipped at all.
Ok, today the USPS tracking system shows what they claim, that it is on the way and due to be delivered tomorrow. Why as of yesterday it said none of that, I couldn't say. You still need to fix your website.

Your item was shipped May 15 and based on the shipping method you chose (Standard Shipping), it would be 9-14 business days. I can see here that it is very well under our turnaround time. A buggy site but a good customer service.
It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it.
Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now).
In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

Great management
as Soon as I had a problem and got a hold of one of the managers because my shipment had not got to me. I was immediately helped and they figured out why I did not got my product on time. And then they even manually shipped me ANOTHER shipment to make sure I would get it. And provided me a separate tracking number for it as well. I recommend this company and will Be ordering again from here soon!
