We're very sad to see a 1* review & would really appreciate the opportunity to help you with your issue that you found the ID capsule too small for your ID. This is the first negative feedback received in over 4 years of stocking this product, so would appreciate the opportunity to help.
The product is sold with a description that the Stainless Steel ID capsule measures 3cm from top of split ring to bottom of capsule, with the Capsule measuring 2cm x 0.6mm.
We stock this size as it's the most popular & while it is possible to record information on the supplied paper insert, we do also appreciate that being able to write in a small font is not something everyone can do. So, should you require assistance in creating a record to store inside the capsule for your pet, we would be very happy to help with this.

Looks good but not effective
The collar looks lovely and arrived on time beautifully wrapped.
Sadly though the buckle that enables you to adjust it to size slips on the fabric of the collar- so when our puppy pulls on the lead the collar loosens. We have to keep re tightening it

A great range of designs to consider for our dogs collar. Came beautifully packaged and is really good quality. We wanted to spend more after previous collars were fraying quickly. The material of this collar means that is unlikely to happen. Very pleased with our purchase.

Wendy and the Team were amazing and the turnaround time was excellent.
The quality and craftsmanship are superb, and so far my cat hasn’t been trying to remove the collar like the others, so he clearly finds it very comfortable. I love the softness of fabric and the colour scheme that works so beautifully with all the bells, capsules and the charms!
