I have so many Bellroy products and have had a great experience using all of them!

Habe über Kleinanzeigen ein Pixel 10 Pro mit Bellroy Leather Pixel Case Google Edition gekauft.

Nach weniger als 4 Wochen Nutzung, während derer das Case nicht mal in die Hosentasche gesteckt wurde sondern nur auf Tischen oder gepolsterten Ablagen im Auto lag, löst sich schon das Leder an mehreren Stellen.

Leider hat der Kleinanzeigen-Verkäufer die Rechnung nicht mehr gefunden.

Ich habe mich an den Bellroy Support gewandt in der Hoffnung das sie kulant sind da es diese Hülle ja noch nicht so lange auf dem Markt gibt, zwei Jahre Gewährleistung sind also natürlich noch lange nicht um.

Nach einer Entschuldigung folgte der "Rat" das ich mich nochmal um die Rechnung bemühen solle ohne diese könnten sie nichts für mich tun.

Nach meiner Antwort in der ich mein Bedauern darüber äußerte passierte... NICHTS.

Kein Support für eine Hülle zum Preis von 59€ , die keinen Monat durchhält.

Das ist wirklich unglaublich schlecht und unkulant so das man von Produkten dieser Marke dringend absehen sollte.

Ordered an iPhone 17 case on 19 September with a promise of dispatch within five business days. It still hasn’t shipped. I’ve now been told a new target of 20 October—not guaranteed. The only compensation offered is a measly 10% voucher valid for about 30 days. After taking my money and failing to ship on time, offering a small discount to buy more feels tone-deaf. This has been a poor experience and has put me off ordering from Bellroy again.

Well designed products, quality materials, and their customer support is some of the best I’ve ever encountered. I contacted them about a minor issue with a bag that was cosmetic in nature and they sent me a replacement.

Bellroy products are well made and last pretty well. I like that when I purchase items on the website, I can expect to receive it within a week. There items are very minimalistic and colorful and very well designed.

Products are pricy but of a good quality. There are problems with your warehouse and shipping.
First order of multiple products, the box that was meant to continue a card wallet was empty. You did dispatch a replacement.
Last order, iPhone 17 case, went missing. You did dispatch ch a replacement.
Both are annoying though.
Also delivery date was missed. We’re told it was out for delivery & waited for the product. It only arrived the next day.
So, you do have some problems to fix.

Bellroy products allways deliver above expectations. They are sleek and functional. And there are always a couple of surprise functions that add extra value. Delivery is swift, service great.
Btw I over the years I have bought more than a dozen Bellroy products and the only bother is that they are so durable, they still need no replacement :-)

Love their design philosophy. Also always happy to support an Aussie brand. All I can ever ask of them is to keep innovating

I’m Bellroy customer for a few years now, I definitely would continue to be. Products I purchased whether it’s a backpacks, wallets, card holders, one of the best quality I found so far, yes it can get bit pricey. However, quality is never compromised, genuine leather and variety of colours. I would highly recommend their products if price is not a factor.

Bellroy makes a real effort for the customer from end to end. From durable and well designed products, to global shipping and great customer service with a generous warranty. When something breaks or doesn't work, they send in a replacement. When they make a mistake, they own it. That's what makes their amazing bags even better.

Excellent service and products

I have several products from Bellroy, Venture backpack, 9L sling, 2.5L sling, pencil case, pouches. They’re all beautifully made. I had a tiny issue with the backpack, they immediately sent me a new one and let me keep the old one.

I ordered a backpack from Bellroy. It arrived in a very crushed condition. I attempted to remedy that by packing it with soft contents but after a week it was unchanged. I wrote to Bellroy who apologised and sent a label for its return. They then credited the amount I paid less the postage cost. Considering the problem was theirs, I consider that expecting me to pay postage was totally unreasonable and will not deal with them again.

I bought a leather case for my new IPhone 17 pro and I’m really disappointed with the quality.

I have quite a few Bellroy products and usually swear by them - bags, wallet, sling bag, packing cubes etc. and they’re all great.

The phone case however is flimsy, feels plastic-y and is very slippery. Doesn’t feel like a quality product. It also doesn’t fit the phone properly, leaving the left hand side slightly loose.

It also seems quite tricky to return things- I’ve emailed customer services but there doesn’t seem to be a straightforward returns process. Though I’ve never had to return any of their products before!
