Belleek Pottery Recenzje

Lovely glasses and mugs,not heavy
Well packaged

My order arrived within a few days in perfect condition. No problems

Two of the mugs arrived smashed. After sending photographs of the damage, Dearbhla acted swiftly and I have just received two replacements. Very impressed with the service I received. Thank you.

The new teapot (for one) is very cute, but nowhere in the description does it mention a handpainted shamrock inside the cup. I was not expecting green paint inside the teacup. I would like to know if the paint contains lead, as this is a concern to me. Are there any other heavy metals in the paint, especially inside the cup? I've emailed Belleek with this question, but no one responds.

Great service except it was shipped to my old address??

I loved how carefully everything was packed so that it all arrived in very good condition.

The packaging was phenomenal. I wish more companies packaged their products the way you do to avoid breakage.

The Claddagh Mug is a birthday present for my daughter. The Tea for one is in the curio cabinet which she hasn't noticed and I may just give that to her as a graduation present next year.

I needed new mugs & had criteria:
pretty set of 4
not crazy expensive
not made in China

Spent about 30 mins researching websites & various brands before settling on Belleek. Was charmed by description of their factory in Ireland. Found a pretty set on sale (but still more than I've ever paid for mugs), paid the additional $20 shipping fee. Told myself a splurge was okay for my mugs made in Ireland.

Got them, the box has a sticker "Made in PRC". Sent email to Belleek asking them to be less deceptive in their product information, because Bellek's product description of these mugs, and Belleek's website never even hinted some of their wares weren't made in Ireland. Their email reply thanked me for my "feedback" and affirmed that yes, some of their line is "Made in PRC".

I kept the mugs, they are pretty, & it would be a hassle to return, but I wouldn't have bought them if the product description listed "Made in China (PRC)" or "Imported", like the other brands I had researched. I'm just actively trying to decrease my reliance on the mass production of nearly every household good from China, & wanted to source from other geographical locations, and I do rely on informative and accurate product description to do so.

The packing and packaging of my item was fabulous. I knew that there was nothing to worry about my item being broken.

My plate arrived quickly and packaged beautifully!! I love it! Thank you Belleek.
