I love these riding tights, they are a great fit.

Easy ordering on line & prompt delivery.

Had to send multiple emails to get a response regarding a replacement for a different size. When the email came acknowledging my return parcel had been received, I was charged a 10% ‘restocking charge’ for the item not being in original packaging. The leggings were sent back unworn, folded and with tags on in the original plastic envelope. My daughter said they weren’t in anything else, even if this weren’t true (and I can’t verify that so had to give Bella Rose the benefit of the doubt), it would presumably have been a clear plastic bag which costs pence, not £5!
Really disappointed and came away feeling ripped off and very let down as a customer, but due to the time taken to respond to my initial emails I just wanted the replacement leggings and not to get into any further discussion.
A shame as the products are nice and well made.

Took 3 days to arrive when I had paid for next day delivery. One item had a dirty mark on and black dog/horse hairs on it. I did inform the company but had no response. Very poor !

Ordered white breeches at the end of June, they were out of stock but said they would be back in stock beginning of July...fine because I wanted them for my daughters birthday in July. At the start of July I saw they were back in stock on the website so contacted them asking when I could expect them posted out and they advised they were on there way. They arrived and unfortunately were too small for my daughter so packed them up, filled in the returns slip and sent them off. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing so contacted them via website, no response, emailed, no response, phone, no answer, and on fb messenger where I finally got a reply saying they were moving warehouses and they would look into it that day. Never got back to me. Long story short it took weeks of me emailing, messaging and phoning to get any kind of action. All I wanted was a larger size. Eventually after I probably had contacted them 15 times or more and a few weeks later I got a message saying they would refund me...all I wanted was the breeches and I had said this on several occasions but at the same time was done chasing them up. Felt like they were not even slightly apologetic, or helpful and the customer service was shocking. Probably fine if you have no issues but if you do want to return anything good luck!

First time buying riding tights from here, needed them for a show wrong colour sent, tried contacting them no response wouldn’t use again

The items I received was of good quality and arrived in good time.Unfortunately they didnt fit so needed to be returned .Despite a few times leaving messages on phone and email regards to refund i had to report to paypal to get my refund which was then acted on quickly.I am waiting a second refund for items i sent bk on 6/4/25 so hopefully i will receive refund next week.
